We just went there w intentions to look for a laundry hamper, but needless to say, I spent much more time looking around. I ended up buying bowls, fruit basket, and more decorative stuff for my kitchen. We also found a hamper so mission accomplished. Sometimes, I avoid going to these places because you will buy things you didn't know you want lol. Anyhow, here's a picture of two items I bought last evening. My family loves it!

HomeGoods is my favorite everything home place to shop. I am never disappointed in the options avaliable. If you are looking for original, creative and classic accessories this is the store for you. There was plenty of staff working today to help assist customers. Maybe due to the fact it was a Tuesday. Checkout was quick. The only thing I wish they would stop pushing is that no perk credit card at check out.

Why are the lines so slow at every TJ Maxx and HomeGoods in this town? 15 people in line and 2 cashiers. Ridiculous!

Most people are friendly. Was not a fan of working here , unorganized most of the time, management was somewhat poor.

Worst customer service ever. Was in line 15 minutes and there were plenty of employees standing around. None were willing to help

We immediately felt at home with Zaki, his wife, and his staff. They took the time to walk with us throughout his immense showroom and explain the histories and details of his one-of-a-kind rugs, of which there were thousands. The prices of the rugs were more than reasonable, and Zaki is donating his earnings to an incredible cause - a charity focused on building orphanages and educating underprivileged children in Pakistan, where he grew up and has worked for years to give young people opportunities. Suffice it to say that we left High Point feeling wonderful.

His selection of rugs is unsurpassed, his knowledge is encyclopedic, and best of all, he is one of the finest human beings that you will ever have the pleasure of meeting. My wife and I have purchased several rugs from Zaki in the past 10 years, and we have likewise guided relatives, friends and neighbors to his showroom. I could go on for thousands of words about the incredibly vast selection of rugs, the heirloom quality of their construction, and the beauty of the designs, but words cannot convey the true impact of spending time with Zaki and his team. Like most of his clients, we were profoundly saddened to learn that he will likely be closing the showroom in 2020, in order to focus on his incredibly generous charitable endeavors, working with children in his native Pakistan. There is only one Zaki, go there now, while you can!

Like other home stores, At…read moreHome sells a little bit of everything, but imagine other home stores on steroids, much bigger, with vast array of options. They sell everything for indoor and outdoor, furniture, decor, bedding and so much more. We found their carpet section, which offered a huge selection, many of which came in varying sizes. We had trouble finding a specific carpet we saw on the racks, so pushed a button on the end of the aisle to call an assosciate, and I've got to admit, I was surprised when she not only showed up, but in just a few minutes. At Home gets bonus point for that, unlike other stores, where you can push the button, and no one ever comes to help. In the end, we found the carpet, along with a few other small items. Pricing, is very reasonable, that being said, most of their products probably aren't meant to last a life time, but you get what you pay for, and if you take care of your stuff, it will hold up. I'll definitely be returning in the spring to pick up some outdoor patio seating!

After not finding anything I liked as much and they did not have my sample in stock, an employee said she would check with the Raleigh store to see if they still had the fabric. She said she would call me if they still had the fabric. I appreciated her willingness to help. She called later that day while I was driving home (I live one hour from this location and two from the Raleigh store). When I returned home I called and was able to purchase the fabric over the phone. After taking my payment information she offered to have it shipped to my seamstress . I gave her the name and address and she told me she would take care of it when they received it from Raleigh. I thought everything was taken care of at that point. On August 2 I heard from my seamstress that she had not received the fabric. When I contacted the store they had received the fabric but said they had no idea who it belonged to. They told me Raleigh had sent no information. Raleigh would have had no information since I didn't purchase it from them. When I picked my fabric up I was told the same story multiple times even though I explained multiple times. The woman I dealt with was right there. She had my name, number, payment information as well as the name and address of my seamstress. She never bothered to follow through when the fabric was sent from Raleigh. They continued to blame the Raleigh location for the mixup. This Greensboro location dropped the ball and refused to take responsibility. That is no way to run a business. It shows a total lack of integrity. If they had taken responsibility for their mistake I would return when I needed fabric but that is not the case now. I will never shop at this location and tell everyone I know that is looking for fabric to never go there.

I made a very large and expensive purchase of fabric to recover 6 Parson's Chairs, as well as, another fabric to make 6 pillows and cording for the pillows. I brought with me actual pictures of the chairs from a couple of angles, along with measurements of every part of the chair. I also had pictures of the pillows with measurements. The person helping me told me how much fabric I would need for each. I used a very reputable Upholsterer, who called me when he unrolled the fabric for the chairs. There were two cuts of fabric on the roll. He called me because he said they sold me twice as much fabric than I needed and that they should at lease take back the second cut of fabric that was on the roll. When I called Printer's Alley, they refused to take anything back and said all sales are final. I understand this, but not when you trust them as professionals and they then take advantage of their customers! Especially when there was a large amount of fabric on the second piece of fabric that they cut. The people at Printer's Alley cannot be trusted and hide behind their "all sales final" to take advantage of their customers by selling twice as much fabric as is needed. Buyer beware!!
