After the service and to this day, we continue to find spots they missed or cat hair in the closets, fridge, cabinets, and oven. Also, they told me I didn't request a deep clean in the kitchen cabinets, oven, or fridge. I thought a whole house deep cleaning move-in move-out would cover that? BUT past all that, the pricing was very affordable compared to competitors. So you get what you pay for. If you are looking for someone to do a cleaning just because, I think they would be a great choice for the price. But I just felt like they did not do well when it came to a completely empty house.

A few days later, while I was still in Los Angeles caring for my brother, the company contacted me about rescheduling. I did not respond or authorize a new appointment. Despite that, they scheduled one for the very next day without my knowledge or consent. When I canceled the appointment I had never agreed to, they charged me another $60 and have refused to refund it. Charging a customer for an appointment the company created without authorization is completely unacceptable. I lost $60, but they lost a customer because their actions made it clear that they do not value their customers or conduct business fairly. I would not recommend this company.
