We signed up for 2 race special but changed our mind after first race. Although fun, karts were a lot tougher to control and son had a pretty scary fender bender during first race. The manager on duty worked with us to give the value of second race back through a mix of mini golf, axe throwing and arcade coins. Didn't even complain or ask a lot of additional questions. She was just the tip of the iceburg with the customer service while there. All of the young crew was friendly and helpful especially Brody who was an absolute sweetheart during our racing experience. He helped with every question even preparing an unprepared me for the race. Helping to buckle up and smiling the entire time. Anyway, axe throwing was blah. Can get in 30 minute or 1 hour block but who really throws axes that long??? Seriously, who does? Asked if we could all just throw one during time to satisfy curiosity but the blocks are for one person only. Mini golf was quick and fun course with black light experience. Had fun there. WITHOUT A SIGN mind you. A random 12 year old informed me. FOURTH OF ALL: You have one worker trying to get visitors geared up for the event and that same worker to undo their gear while others are waiting. LASTLY: A number of the attractions are closed as of me writing this. 60% of the rock wall and rock wall over the pool are closed down. If you're going to charge people for an "all day, all activities" pass, make sure you either notify or give a discount to compensate for the closed down activities.
