I was a little bummed about this 1 b/c the guy told me it was made w/ 100% juice, but it def didn't taste like fresh-squeezed juice. I watched him just squeeze some lemon into it, so I knew something wasn't adding up. The deal was 2 juices for $13.99, which isn't terrible, but I expected what I was told I was getting. It was a cute drink though topped w/ gummies worms & Nerds cluster candy. Then came the WINNER:the food from Yukaza Sushi Truck! I got the sushi burrito made my way w/ all the fixits & the pop-up California roll sushi, and OMG... that sushi burrito was HUGE! Both were sooooo good & super fresh! I was beyond happy w/ my choice & felt like it was well worth it! I think it's worth going @ least once just to walk around, check out the different trucks,& see what catches your eye. I'll be back though b/c I'm a sucka for food!

Surely, you can find something that you'll like here as there's plenty of variety. Don't recommend for the middle of the summer when is scorching hot, as there's no A/C or indoor seating available.

I was immediately interested when I saw the mini wood-burning pizza oven on the back of the truck, so I decided to grab one for lunch. I ordered a pepperoni and mushroom pizza, and it was really good. The pizza was made fresh in the wood-fired oven with crispy pepperoni, fresh mushrooms, and basil. The crust was thin and crispy through the middle but still soft and fluffy around the edges, with just the right amount of char from the wood-fired oven. The pepperoni was nice and crispy, the mushrooms were cooked well, and the fresh basil was a great addition. I was really happy with my choice for lunch and would definitely order from Dio Santo again the next time they're at my workplace. They also had flatbreads and several other items on the menu, so next time I may have to try something other than the pizza. The crust was one of my favorite parts it had a great texture and flavor, and the personal-sized pie was the perfect amount for one person. The pizza itself was good, though I felt like it was missing one extra ingredient or finishing touch that would have taken it from good to great. Even so, I'd definitely order it again. The service was also excellent. The person who took my order was friendly, and my pizza was ready in about 15 minutes, which was a pleasant surprise. If you're looking for a quality personal pizza with fast, friendly service, Dio Santo Pizza is worth checking out.

Then you can grab a seat indoors or outdoors. We got pulled pork, Mac and cheese, Brussel sprouts and the ribs. The ribs were very fall off the bone and delicious. The Mac and cheese was so good! So stringy and not super salty. The corn bread was yummy too but I do wish they were plain and not with jalapeño bits. Portions were big and we even got to take some home. Servers walk around and can ask for take out boxes. There are bathrooms located in the back indoors as well.

Not inedible but I feel like the spice level could be toned down. The Street Corn was served on the cob and while I prefer off the cob, it was easy to cut it off the cob. The corn was prepared properly and remained crisp which I loved. The Mac and Cheese was too salty and pretty basically bland other than that. I will likely not order this again. Ordering is at the counter, they then give a lager that you take to your table so your food is served at your table. Servers check on you throughout your meal and they are helpful. The dining room is indoors and open air to the outdoor seating. Tables are placed tightly throughout the restaurant making it challenging to navigate getting to some tables and eliminate the possibility of getting to some tables of you have a stroller or mobility device. My meal with iced tea was a bit overly spicy $24 so this isn't a budget lunch.
