SO I called the school in town, and They got me in the Saturday afternoon I called within 15 minutes! As a student greeted me, washed and examined my hair, she questioned the working supervisor on the floor how to best fix it. I proceeded to get a cut that not only fixed my present cut but a lesson in how to use 3 different products and a better look than I expected to get when I went to the other salon! They showed me why my hair wasn't 'working' with my present mess (still 3 weeks after the last cut gotten elsewhere) and calmed my fear that i was just imagining the uneveness and bad working sense of it all. I have found my new regular salon for haircuts, and I'll save some money too! The only thing they forgot was their guarantee of a 5 minute scalp soothing massage with every haircut that I just read about. Next time! I know I could definitely have used that on Saturday;)

She also cuts my young daughter's hair and it's so cute because Angie talks to her the entire time instead of me. Everywhere else we had previously went to would just talk to me and basically ignore my daughter. She's the customer in that situation, not me! Angie always goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She's quick too! A shampoo (with a great head massage!), cut, blow dry and style takes about 30 mins give or take. It may be on the pricey side but it's completely worth it!

I took in pictures of what I wanted and asked for only an inch to be cut. I ended up with my hair only being about a quarter of an inch long in the back! I feel like I have been scalped! I don't know how I am going to be able to go to work open Monday. I also have an important family wedding coming up and I won't be able to enjoy it because I'll be too worried about how bad my hair looks! It is going to take at least six months for my hair to even begin to grow out! I always wondered why they never seemed to be busy - unfortunately, now I know.
