A man there did my nails and used a wide cone shaped instrument to file underneath my nails. When he did that he separated my nails from my nails beds. I ended up with a raging nail fungus infection. Absolutely horrible. I took off the gel to find my fingernails disintegrating- literally peeling. I am trying to treat them conservatively but may need to call my doc for oral medications. It's that bad. I have attached pictures. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR YOUR NAIL CARE!! The do not autoclave their instruments either. Awful and dirty. They dip them in alcohol only and only briefly. I will drive a distance to get my nails done in the future. When I can eventually get them done again!!
