As a student greeted me, washed and examined my hair, she questioned the working supervisor on the floor how to best fix it. I proceeded to get a cut that not only fixed my present cut but a lesson in how to use 3 different products and a better look than I expected to get when I went to the other salon! They showed me why my hair wasn't 'working' with my present mess (still 3 weeks after the last cut gotten elsewhere) and calmed my fear that i was just imagining the uneveness and bad working sense of it all.
