The local appliance store was loathe to address my concerns (of course...they already had my money), pulled a Pontious Pilate, and referred me to said manufacturer, who also proved ambivalent about expediting ANY form of resolution. After several phone conversations with the manufacturer and ultimately LOSING MY SHIT, I was contacted by Pam from McNeice and Smith who arranged for one of her staff to assess my expensive boat anchor the following day. The washer was deemed DOA by the repairman, and on Pams' recommendation to the manufacturer, it was replaced within a couple of days. I can state unequivocally that the resolution to this matter would have been much more painful and protracted had it not been for the exemplary customer service provided by M@S. Thanx again Pam. Does anyone recommend a good place to get new material (top and sides) made for boats? NOT…read morePROSTITCH!! I'm going to vent a bit here... facts: boat tops were brought in and we asked for new material, we were told not to waste any money, but to re stitch. After a lengthy time, we decided to let them restitch (what we thought was rotten material), they are the "professionals". Also to get windows put in the old material (yes you read that right OLD MATERIAL, at their advise) less than one season the material ripped (shocker), and the snaps never closed on the windows due to the boat never going in and getting measured! (under their profession advisement) multiple emails, calls etc. (well over a year, with no response) last week out of the blue someone called back from ProStitch trying to make it right.. ha ha!!! conclusion: Maria at Prostitch under Jonathan's advisement stated now the boat go back in (which was never done to begin with) to fix the windows (that's ok, but should had been done long ago). Regarding the top and rotten material, they did their job by restitching and will not offer correction since this was our fault by letting them restitch in the first place, and according to Maria, we should had left and gone somewhere else if originally ProStitch wouldn't do what we wanted!!!! WHATTTTTT!!!! Aren't they the "professionals?" Also we were told that restitches let go and fail but we need proof that we had the word done with an invoice (yes I should had kept it, but did change email addresses), Maria said that they were broken into and lost all accounting and information, so basically it isn't their fault!!! And conclusion to our conversation on the phone she said she had no more resources and time to discuss the problem any further with me! Ok now that I've just lost half of the readers interest in my long winded story, please only support this business if you wish to be treated the same as we were!! I have been going there for a few years and always bring my young children to help Mom pick some flowers for the table. I considered this a relatively fun adventure and memory for all of us until today. I usually always see a young woman working who is pleasant and always smiling at my children. Today I had a shocking experience with who I believe is the owner of the store, throwing every sensible, loving quality a human can possess out the window in regarding my son. At the cash you will find fully wrapped homemade bath bombs in neon colours, my son being 5 who is non verbal and autistic did NOT understand that it was a bath bomb and was holding and playing with it like a ball, just in his hands I might add. There was no throwing it around at all. Considering he was just holding it I didn't see it being a problem until I had paid. As I was paying for my flowers my son was behind me, and apparently it was near his mouth without my knowing! Instead of LETTING ME KNOW, she grabbed it from my sons hands and said he shouldn't be playing with that! I immediately informed her that my son is non verbal and does NOT understand the concepts and the fact that it was a bath bomb. She then looked and me as she was walking in the back and said "but you do." I was so upset that someone could be so heartless in targeting my parenting, let alone that my son did not understand. After confronting her about it over the telephone, I was so disgusted when she added "I should watch my kids" when all 3 of my children are very well behaved. (I would never bring them to a place were it is fragile in hopes they wouldn't break something!!) coming from the owner herself, this is the POOREST quality in customer service I have EVER seen!!! On top of loosing my business from your flower shop, I would like to make this public for all to see in hopes you are not victimized and targeted, the same way I was left feeling today!!! Let's hope she stays in the BACK of the store from now on, Sincerely, a fucking GREAT Mom of 3!!

This florist is an absolute nightmare to work with. Where do…read moreI even begin? I ordered the "Cupid's Creation with Red Roses" by Teleflora (photo is attached) Yes, I ordered the standard one. The one PICTURED on the website. When you select the "As Shown", "Deluxe", or "Premium" you can highlight over the photos. When you hover, or click, the photo changes to a bigger, better arrangement. I ordered the standard, that was advertised as the first photo. The FIRST issue I have? It was a surprise gift for my boyfriend in Canada. I ordered them the night before. He knew he was getting "something" the next day. But when he received a call from someone identifying themselves as Xpressions Flowers the next morning, asking if he would be home for a delivery in 30-60 minutes? Yeah, that sorta killed the surprise and romance of it all. The next worst thing? He gets a call about 40 minutes before he needs to leave for work, and the call says, "Our driver is currently stuck on the Kings Way! So he may be there close to 1pm..." (The cut-off time I identified in my order special instructions.) Then? The arrangement that shows up looks like a complete mess. It literally appears to be something I could've just gone out back, trimmed some roses, and threw them in a basic, boring vase. NO filler flowers. NO multicolored roses. The roses aren't arranged at ALL, and they look absolutely terrible. My 5 year old niece could've done a better arrangement. Then, I call to complain, because the flowers I ordered were over $100.00 with delivery. I complain, and state these are NOT what were advertised. I even send the owner a photo of the flowers via Facebook on their business page, and the response I get? "That's the back side of them. Here's the front." The front photo was almost identical. And both looked ABSOLUTELY nothing like the photo on their website. NOTHING like the photo on their website. They offered to deliver more flowers, but the KICKER to this? They had to stop by on Saturday morning to PICK UP their flowers they'd dropped off, and then come back on MONDAY to drop off the "improved" flowers. The "improved" flowers were almost identical to the first delivery, but they threw in some babysbreath. Bottom line? Do not advertise an arrangement you can't deliver. PERIOD. This was an absolute waste of time and money. Save your money and just go to Walmart. Their flowers last longer and look the best--and you'll save 90%.
