I had wine made here once a long time ago. It was perfect for what I was looking for! I wanted enough wine to give out a bottle to everyone for Christmas because I was on a tight budget that year. I walked in knowing nothing about wine, and I'm glad that they had enough basic information to help me decide on what I liked and got it going, it was ready in the time frame that they said it would be and the cost was very reasonable. They teach you how everything is done if you are interested and then you get to help bottle everything in the end, laws in Ontario require you to bottle your own wine, so you have to help! I have been using Napa Valley Wines for many years, they treat you like you are at home, and are so helpful with either choosing a wine or helping you transport it back to your car...I have sent 3 friends there who have returned several times to make their favorite wines.
