That is where the excellence stopped. Installation services were fragmented, lacked communication, outsources to local contractors and there was miscommunication between installation department and contractors. Flooring ordered so much extra we have boxes of additional flooring to probably do a bedroom. They also half-assed the job around baseboards with visible holes, missing pieces and gaps in the flooring that had to be redone later. I am not happy paying that much extra product. Blinds left behind a lot of trash and were far overpriced for what we were looking for. they left about 10 boxes in the basement with these long weird L shaped pieces. Ductless HVAC did a great job but overcharged by a mile. In total spent around 40k, and wasn't impressed with the level or quality of service beyond the intake. Intake was awesome, but she isn't responsible for the downstream handling of installations. We cancelled future projects because Lowes seems to cut corners with outsourced installation contractors.

I thought this would be convenient because I could take the item home with me that day. Come to find out they charge you an early pay off fee.!! And it's only 101 days to pay off not 120 like I was told. But regardless SAME AS CASH is SAME AS CASH. They are charging me an early PAY OFF FEE!!!!! PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE. We were given an opportunity to look things over and the sales persons were available to answer any questions that we might have. After looking around to see what they had to offer, a salesperson approached us and, to make a long story short, they were able to help us with no trouble at all. We were given options with which to make our purchase/rental agreement, and were surprised by just how reasonable it was! We did not feel pressured and the staff were professional and also friendly. We had a lot of questions and were treated very respectfully. We would most heartily return to Aaron's in the future! 2 very enthusiastic thumbs up!!

I was unfortunately behind approximately 17 days on my payment. My employer has almost identical hours and I am in a call center with many people who sit around me, so answering or making calls even during my lunch is highly frowned upon as others are still on the phones. I have never received such poor customer service​ in my life. I did not question a late fee or go in with an attitude in the least. I was told that I should have still answered my phone or called them but I can't​ chance loosing my job over it. Maybe if they had an answering machine I could have let them know the exact date that I would have been in to see them. I was told that me or my family never coming back to make any purchases was my loss. When your store is based on sales, my rather large family and group of friends is their loss by far.
