    Associates are always nice and helpful. No problem with returns. Rung the bell on the way out. Very good experience! Will happily visit for all my household needs. And Auto supplies too! Motor oils, wipers blades, car fluids and cleaning products etc..

    I am so disappointed with Home Depot. I was trying to get a price match from them for a solo stove as the solo retailers were selling it for $50 less than Home Depot. I read the website and it clearly says guaranteed low price. However when I try to order it online, they refuse to match the price saying that it was not a competitor but a retailer so I then found another low price at Lowe's, which was obviously matching solo and they agreed that yes they could match against LOWES however because I was using a store credit for an item that I had already bought And returned. They said that they could not use the store credit. I have to say Home Depot has been very disappointing in their customer service. I would definitely not recommend them. They need to very clearly define. What a guaranteed low price. They also need to understand that people do shop around and can find low prices. Obviously LOWES are doing a better job of that than they are very sad.

    So there are positives and negatives. This store had a line to space people out as they entered. The staff was not all wearing face masks. They do have a small shield in front of the checkout. I found mostly what I needed, but no landscaping timbers. They do offer military discount which is awesome!

    During the sales of the 4th of July 2019, I bought an electric lawn mower from the Ryobi brand. The check-out was efficient and friendly. JC, a Home Depot associate, helped me loading the new lawn mower in my car. I tipped him. Once per month, Home Depot offers free kids' activities. The Home Depot has a large free parking.

    Got a great deal on air filters for the air furnace. When you buy 2 you get 2 free so we bought double packs and it was also good for those!

    Worst customer service ever! Had floor associates just look at me and then walk away when I looked at them. Just rude!! No help whatsoever!!

    do not buy here. the staff is incompetent. i received a doa uline ice maker after spending…read more$65,000 in appliances. well actually first they lost one of my ice makers so i had no ice maker. simultaneously also had a broken wall oven door with a repair happening 8 motnhs later as they forgot tp order that piece. we moved in and turned appliances on in march 2023. i have been calling since april of 2023 as the ice maker is full of water and still have no replacement. i was told i needed a repir but the unit is also full of mold for the past two months. i did not get replacement parts which i later refused to accept when tehy didn't come but i also never got the replacement unit i was promised over two months ago now. shari and joel are a total joke. buy elsewhere. you can get better customer service from anywhere and i repeat anywhere else. i have been waiting 7 months for this problem to be rectified. my builder also told me he had a nightmare with one of his own appliances needing repair and that "joel used to be good" go online and save yourself the headache. i did have some damage with an online appliance purchase which was resolved immediately by someone over the phone from another company who actually cared about their customer service. oh yeah and i am yelling in caps. i am furious!

Instead, more than a month passed with no meaningful action or updates from the company. I repeatedly had to follow up myself to find out what was happening. The most concerning part of my experience was a phone call with someone who identified themselves as the Operations Manager. When I politely asked for their name, I received the response, "I am the Operations Manager, and that's all you get." I found this to be unprofessional and discourteous, especially for someone in a management position. Customer service should include respectful communication, accountability, and keeping customers informed. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. After payment was made, there appeared to be little urgency to resolve the issue or provide updates. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mr. Appliance. I hope the company takes steps to improve its customer service, communication, and follow-through. Hence, future customers receive the level of professionalism they deserve.
