    This is and has always been a Rock Solid Home Depot. Being the closest one to My homestead I'm over here Alot and I gotta say that they almost always have whatever it is I'm looking for. Sales Associates here are very helpful and if You hit them up with a question that they're not sure of they'll definitely get You in touch with someone who can help. It's exactly how a store network of employees should be, and for that I totally appreciate this place especially given the current understaffing conditions that they find themselves in these days.   Anyway that's My local HD, Come And Get Your Home Improvement Shopping On!!

    Am waiting here right now for someone to cut the lumber for 30 minutes now and just have to have someone tell me there is one person in the entire store who can cut it. Or is allowed to. Do better. Useless store

    I purchased an LG refrigerator in May from HomeDepot.com. My family eagerly awaited for our 7/2 delivery date and although we were all home with the drapes open us sitting by the door, we almost missed the delivery because the delivery guys were on the phone calling us from the other side of the door since they were there early morning. Still was happy and it was delivered and assembled in a short time. We had to purchase a water installation kit so that they can install it but they said they couldn't. No big deal because my husband had experience with that and did it when they left. Before they left, it was making an alert sound and we thought it was just that it wasn't programmed yet but the light behind the smart glass wouldn't shut off. We found out that the light wouldn't shut off because it kept registering that the door was open so it kept sounding off the alert, it wouldn't get cold despite being plugged in for hours, the water wouldn't come out. After hours of being on 2 phones and dialing 4 different numbers, we found out that instead of using the Home Depot closest yo our home they used the one in Dover, NJ to deliver it. We were told that we had to wait a week for the replacement; that day came and there was no email, call or fridge. So on the phones we went. We were told to wait another week with apology after apology. Another week passed and NO FRIDGE! We called LG and Home Depot and was told that we had to wait until the end of August!!! One person was honest and said it didn't matter if the issue escalated because he could give us a delivery date but it wasn't delivered until earliest end of August!! Now after all this time I have my refund but it's NOT OVER YET because they were supposed to come pick it up today. With myself AND my family sitting just a few feet from the front door, 2 driveways (a car in each to show someone IS home, NO call/knock/doorbell ringing...we got a voicemail saying that no one was home??!!! Now they can't even take it away. This big hunk of junk is just sitting here in my home and, guess what, I was told to wait more time before they haul it away!!! This is the ABSOLUTE WORSE EXPERIENCE I HAGE EVER HAD! This was worse than my BOB's Furniture experience! I will NEVER SHOP FROM HOME DEPOT AGAIN!!! They make it seem like they are soooo busy cranking out deliveries for high ticket items like refrigerators during this Covid....Seriously???!!!

    It's a beautiful team, we love to go to the kids activities, thank you for always be so friendly with us !!!!!

    Great place, love the kids club, the team is very friendly ( Jim, Michele, Karen and Cindy) we love to go on Saturday for the kids club !!!!! Thank you so much for always be good to us

    This should say cut at our own risk and please do not sue us if you cut yourself and bleed.

Our salesperson, Eric, was knowledgeable and patient, which made the experience positive. We left feeling good about our purchase and scheduled delivery for a week later. That's where the nightmare began. We received multiple confirmations for our fridge delivery scheduled for the following week between 9 AM and 1 PM. On delivery day, we got a text saying it would arrive at 2:20 PM, but twenty minutes later, we were informed it was canceled with no explanation. After spending the weekend on the phone with Best Buy customer service, no one could clarify the situation. We had already been two weeks without a fridge and were desperate. Another week passed, and again we were excited for delivery, only to receive another cancellation text. A customer service rep called and, due to a heavy accent, all we understood was: "No fridge, you must buy a new one." My husband finally reached someone in corporate sales, and we learned the truth: the delivery company had damaged our fridge. Best Buy had stalled for TWO WEEKS instead of being honest with us. We returned to the store and spoke with Eric and Sean, the store manager, who was professional and frustrated with corporate. He called corporate for us, but all they offered was $150 for our troubles. We spent over $1,000 on a fridge that was broken before delivery, waited weeks without one, and received nothing but lies. All we wanted was the fridge we purchased. Instead, Best Buy's corporate team left us without a refrigerator, failed to communicate honestly, and offered an insulting $150 for the inconvenience we faced. The only reason I'm not giving zero stars to the Rockaway location is that Eric and Sean went above and beyond to help fix what corporate destroyed. Unfortunately, Best Buy corporate and their delivery partner have lost my trust forever. I will never purchase a major appliance from them again. Update: I have never been so frustrated with a company in my life. After weeks of going back and forth with Best Buy and their incompetent delivery company, I finally gave up on the fridge I originally purchased and settled for a lesser model just to get something. We waited ANOTHER week for delivery--only for them to pull the same garbage again: cancelled 30 minutes before it was supposed to arrive. That's now FOUR Saturdays in a row they've scheduled and then canceled at the last minute. I've been over a month without a working fridge, my blood pressure is through the roof, my patience is gone, and apparently I can't even get my money back--so I'm stuck with Best Buy. This is beyond unacceptable, and I'm seriously considering legal action. Best Buy corporate and their delivery partner have zero respect for customers' time, money, or sanity.
