Upon entering the store, I noticed numerous employees wearing red and blue vests, but it seemed like nobody was willing to assist customers. This was a stark contrast to my past experiences where it was difficult to find any staff members. However, this time, it felt like there were plenty of employees present who simply weren't interested in helping. When I asked one of the employees where the tool section was, I received a dismissive response. He simply stated that the tools were in the tool section and started walking away. I had to insist on receiving clear directions, and even then, the employee pointed me to the front of the store without any specifics. Eventually, I managed to locate what I needed, but upon reaching the front of the store, I was thrown for a loop to find that there were no open cash registers. Instead, only self-serve checkout was available. This posed a problem for elderly customers who appeared lost and uncomfortable with the scanning process. It's disheartening that there wasn't a single open register as an alternative option. The lack of customer service and the absence of open registers left me questioning the state of customer support at this store. It's disheartening to witness such a decline in service quality. Shopping should be an enjoyable experience where customers feel valued and supported. I sincerely hope that Lowe's route 112 addresses these issues and prioritizes customer satisfaction. I feel It's crucial for businesses to understand the importance of providing helpful and friendly service to ensure a positive shopping experience. BUT .. Maybe its just me

I can't tell you how much time and money why they have cost me. I thought the first time was just a mistake but this is a pattern with them they don't care to fix. All ANYONE in the whole system can tell you is 8am to 8Pm. When they do don't show up all they can tell you is to wait again for 8am- 8pm again. They have NO control or communication with their delivery service. They act like this giant corporation is at the mercy of some small local delivery guys who won't talk to them. Terrible. And when they do get there it's also bad. 3 separate attempts to deliver a washer. 1st guy said it wouldn't fit. 2nd guy said it fit and that the first guy just didn't want to do his job. Yes. That's what he said. Then they tried to deliver a washer that was kicked in on the side. Finally cancelled and called PC Richard. Today I'm paying my workers to look at their phones because Lowe's didn't show up yesterday and after 8pm, it was too late to book another job. They've cost me $800 already for $1600 worth of materials. Terrible.

The store was busy, she was helping multiple people at once, and she still provided great service to me while also taking care of the gentleman waiting for his paint. She handled the situation professionally and was very helpful. The checkout experience was very different. I went to purchase lawn seed that had a yellow sale tag, and the tag also indicated Ace members would receive an additional $1 off. Based on that, I expected it to be a good deal. There were two people behind the counter. One person was helping another customer, and the other man behind the counter yelled "next customer," which felt unnecessary given the small size of the store. Maybe he was having a bad day, but the interaction felt dismissive from the start. When I approached, he asked if I was an Ace member, I entered my phone number, and he proceeded to charge me $11 over the sale price. I pointed out the yellow sale tag on the shelf, and he rudely pointed out that it was last week's sale, which could be seen by the 4/28 date in tiny print. Today is 4/29, so I understand the sale had ended, but the sale tags were still up. Honestly, I did not notice the small date, and I relied on the sale sign that was still posted. He did not honor the sale price and seemed annoyed that I even asked about it. I always thought Ace was more customer friendly, but this experience was disappointing. A simple acknowledgment, explanation, or courtesy adjustment would have made a big difference. Based on this interaction, I guess I will have to shop elsewhere.
