Tried calling multiple times and nobody seems to want to answer. Finally got through and stated they were "working with a customer" and hung up on me not even bothering to call back. Next day my order was cancelled without them letting me retract the request to cancel it. I know I've should've just went with the order in the first place but I thought I found what I was looking for cheaper somewhere else but ended up not what I was looking for. TLDR: Trying to call and email is pretty much useless as they have pretty bad customer service if you can even call it that as they don't really serve any customers in any way.

I cannot believe there aren't a million people in there. People are missing out if they haven't checked it out. I loved it! They also have a lot of jewelry making supplies and wholesale crystals/supplies if you are interested in that. But I was also impressed by the affordable prices. This is hands-down the best crystal store I've been to. Also, the size of this warehouse was so impressive.
