Tried calling multiple times and nobody seems to want to answer. Finally got through and stated they were "working with a customer" and hung up on me not even bothering to call back. Next day my order was cancelled without them letting me retract the request to cancel it. I know I've should've just went with the order in the first place but I thought I found what I was looking for cheaper somewhere else but ended up not what I was looking for. TLDR: Trying to call and email is pretty much useless as they have pretty bad customer service if you can even call it that as they don't really serve any customers in any way.

Aero tech may not be perfect, but like anything, it is what you make it. I'm new to the hobby, and the staff have answered my questions completely every time, whether they be dumb questions or misnaming a part I need. As for the other reviews here, they seem out of line to me. Especially mr. "I'm a big important businessman, I'm important!" This is a pretty good local business, with prices that are in line with what a certain online retailer offers. Plus, from what I can tell, questions are welcome.

My husband was looking for two particular products, and at this store, he found one of the products, instructional cards for the game Warhammer. He said that the price was comparable to what he would pay if he were to buy the product from an online retailer. The cashiers were very friendly. They had greeted us when we first entered the store. Later when we were checking out, the employee apologized for making us wait for a couple of seconds. She thanked us for our purchase and told us to have a good day.
