The stars of this stop were the Matcha latte and Coffee latte. They use coffee from Big Bend roaster. I ordered it with whole milk and no sweetener and it was rich, smooth and perfect. For the matcha latte they use Matcha Love powder. This latte was exceptional! Silky smooth, dreamy consistency and perfect. Definitely stop for the drinks! The service is was great, the restaurant is simple but clean and welcoming. But the lasagna. Oh the lasagna. It came out steaming and cracking in the dish they used in the oven. And I waited. As long as I could. But at some point, I risked the mouth burn because I couldn't resist any longer. And I tasted a lasagna so well done that I could hardly believe it was real. This lasagna but most of my favorites to shame and escalated itself to quite possibly my favorite lasagna of all times. It's small and it's in a small town. But this place is worth the stop.

This restaurant sits right on the corner of County Rd 300 & 302. It is open for breakfast and lunch. A lot of options for both. I stopped here during the morning hours and got myself a spam & egg breakfast burrito. $5. Seems like all the breakfast items were in that price range. They cooked it from scratch and it did not disappoint. The spam, although it could have been cooked more, adds the perfect saltiness. The burrito was a good size and cured my hunger for the morning.
