My first visit was around 1:30 in the afternoon. The food was excellent, the service was good, and I was impressed enough to return. On my second visit, I brought my wife. The food was good but arrived somewhat cold. The service was noticeably less attentive, despite having the same waitress as my first visit. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy, yet our waitress seemed more interested in chatting with coworkers than checking on customers. Today was my third visit, and I was looking forward to returning because I've genuinely enjoyed their bread and Stromboli. Unfortunately, this visit was extremely disappointing. When I arrived, there were only two occupied booths and two tables with approximately four or five customers each. Most had already received their food. While I waited for service, two additional booths were seated, each with two customers. Both booths had their orders taken before mine, and one had even received their salads before anyone took my food order. Once my order was finally taken, the lack of attention continued. Nobody checked on me, offered a drink refill, or asked if I wanted additional bread. The restaurant was far from busy, making the poor service even more frustrating. Unfortunately, the food quality was also below the standard I experienced during previous visits, and the overall atmosphere was disappointing. What bothers me most is that I genuinely wanted to like this restaurant. Their bread and Stromboli were good enough to bring me back multiple times. However, consistently declining service, inattentive staff, and inconsistent food quality are difficult to overlook. I understand restaurants have occasional bad days, but after three visits with progressively worse experiences, this seems more like a consistency problem than an isolated incident. I hope management takes these concerns seriously because this restaurant has the potential to be much better. Unfortunately, based on today's experience, I'm not sure I'll be returning.
