She really took the time to listen to our needs and got to know us as a family. Everything was well planned out and she sent us off with a written itinerary with all the information we needed to be in the right place at the right time, etc. The drivers and tours she arranged were top notch as were the accommodations. Best of all, her fees were very reasonable. Our family all agrees that we'll be using Julie to help plan our vacation in 2015.
