Outstanding performance. I have been involved in several real estate transactions and I know that it is important to have a good realtor. Once you sign on, you are at their mercy. This is especially true in my case as I am not local; I liquidated my sister's estate from the east coast. I did a lot of research and chose the Hill group for two reasons. We went through home after home for approximately 4 weeks before we found the one (One day we saw 10 houses in 2.5 hours, must be some sort of record). My experience with The Hill Group was short and unproductive. I spoke with one of their agents on the phone this morning to begin looking for houses as I prepare to relocate to the Phoenix area. The agent said that he would work with me. A few hours later, I received an email from the agent saying that, at my price range, houses go quick. He concluded by saying that he may not have the time to help me. I do not mind agents being too busy to take on new clients, however, I would have wanted him to express this concern during the initial phone call.
