I recently completed my 3month course with the HRP and the staff and counselors were exceptional. The Director, Greg handled my introduction and enrollment into the class with ease, insight and professionalism. This program works with your schedule and as long as you are punctual and participate, you will see results. Payment options are comparable and flexible. Joseph was my counselor and he truly cares about your succession within the class. He is informative, an engaging teacher and a friendly guy! Ensure you're punctual, especially if doing online classes! You get out of these classes what you put into them, and if you choose to not make poor driving decisions going forward, these are the people to help you with that. Joseph left me with solid advice; It's okay to put the past behind you, but don't forget the lessons. This was such a helpful and easy program very thorough and very professional the two front desk receptionist girls made everything so much easier for everybody from checking in to making payments and helping out with any questions anyone has they make going there feel comfortable and great those two girls rock. The staff are easygoing and have a personal experiences themself. Sonia was my assigned counselor and felt like she was my Tia speaking to me. All the staff are awesome. The program is pretty pricey, the only thing I didn't like was there's another fee for a referral ontop of the program fee; that I wasn't aware of in the beginning of signing up. Other than that getting a DUI is very expensive. Learned to never do this again. ** Don't get a lawyer. What counts is your alcohol level. They might help with clearing wet and wreckless, but other than that a DUI is a DUI. read more

When you're searching for a place to register for DUI classes, The High Road seems like a tolerable enough place. Their motto is to,"...Take the High Road" but one question I asked myself frequently when taking these classes is ,"does their staff, when it comes to obnoxious students, rule breakers violating your HIPPA Rights, or blue haired slobs that use the phrase,".. get your shit together" to speak to a student, "is this something I can really tolerate?". I couldn't imagine anyone in their right mind would feel safe in this environment to learn or communicate anything that involved their DUI. Rather than correct negative behavior I've seen and heard the staff almost stoop lower than the aggressors level, both in the classroom settings and upon check-in. The staff doesn't seem like they want to be present or much less want to help you. Sonia and the Hispanic male councilor that always wears glasses and a hat, are strict but keep you grounded. They are amazing councilors. Unfortunately I would still think twice about taking THIS "High Road" and look at programs that take you and your rights seriously. read more

The counselors and staff with whom I worked with were more than helpful in my alcohol education courses. When my alcoholism progressed, they were there for me from rock bottom, to where I am now in my sobriety. They were patient with me and showed compassion, and were inspiring to me to allow myself to turn my life around. Dealing with the courts, dmv, and other agencies was a pain, but I can certainly say that High Road was a great experience. I love this place! If anyone needs to find a program it's this place! Sally and Greg were honestly AMAZING! I felt so skeptical and nervous about the entire thing but they really helped get out my comfort zone and made me feel like I wasn't alone. I can honestly say that I'm sad about ending the program but I will always have the mentor ship in the back of my mind. Sally was also very helpful and understanding around my work schedule and found time for me. I did one session with Joseph and he was amazing as well. Made me feel welcomed to the class. I do wanna inform you that they are strict when it comes to confidentiality(which is good). They're also strict on being on time as well. I will stop by and say hi from time to time! I'm not proud of what I did that led me to have to attend the DUI program but I feel real lucky to have had the opportunity to meet such great people and learn so much ! After completing this program a year later. This program made me realize that the dui that I got wasn't a "horrible mistake" it was a bad decision. I can now say that I am a lot more responsible and a lot more knowledgeable on how these things work. Something happened to me today where two 18 year boys crashed and flipped over their truck in front of my house. This obviously brought back memories and I will never put myself or a friend in the same situation. It cost less to take a Lyft or uber than to get a dui. Joseph has taught me so much valuable information and I cannot thank him enough. I hope I run into to him someday (not getting another dui obviously) lol and just tell him how much he has helped me.
