I called to ask simple questions and in response, I received nothing short of a negative, ugly attitude and as if I was a bother or a interruption to their day. I am pretty confident when I say the staff has to be graduates of this DUI program which they are obviously not rehabilitated. I would expect some form of understanding or even a tid bit of compassion as they do not know me or why I am in need of this class. Or even, at least fake the friendliness as this is your job. Where is the customer service here? Especially since their most important role is to attend to the public and answer any and all concerns. Nonetheless, the staff treats you as if you are a trash addict which is unacceptable. I understand people have bad days, but every single time I call, it is the same ugly attitude each and every time. So just be prepared when calling to get information, whether it is your first time, second time, etc. needing to do DUI classes or calling to make a payment, brace your self for the negative response, quick to hang up, and no help whatsoever. You didn't just help me get through the requirements of the program; you gave me an experience that will stay with me for a lifetime. Going through this program forced me to face who I was when I first walked through the doors, while also helping me address parts of my past that led me there. Did my intake, and all was good, then got a call (voicemail since I was at work at the time) from their office from a woman who said that I was booked for Saturday meetings, and they weren't doing that anymore and my first meeting was 7/3 (call was on 6/5) with a 'Miss Maria' at 3:45PM. They said she would be calling me, which never happened. Then they finally call me weeks later to say I'd missed multiple meetings and they were dismissing me. They've got the worst communication I've ever experienced from a company, and I have the voicemail and documentation to prove it. If you need DUI classes, go anywhere else.
