I have been a loyal customer to this place for about a year now. Had to go in and walk back another mile and I use a cane. I spoke to someone there that told me they made a mistake and needed to address the situation I needed to come back in. I went and only to be welcomed by the laughter of Chris treating me as if I had done something wrong as a customer. I had already been in so much pain having to walk back to this facility after getting the wrong products I have now gone onto using delivery services which offer better deals. Had I had not encountered this situation I wouldn't have known so thank you Chris! I bought two eights for the price of one. See photo below. The store is a complete upcharge salesman tactic if you go , this is coming from a returning customer/ military vet under this new management First once i get to the store they have you smell the products they no longer have in stock which is completely misleading next i ask for a 8th thats 100$ worth of flower the ladies told me they are giving me a free preroll with purchase end up @ the register and the price was 135$ on the payment screen it said the preroll was 27$ dollars with tax ! I had asked the lady why would she charge me if it was free ? She decided to void out the preroll and have me pay for only the 8th the charge was still 135$ she proceeded to give me the biggest grin and told me that i was paying 35$ in taxes! I laughed showed her military id for a discount as a returning customer she says she no longer honors military vets even though her colleague pulled up my last purchase with military discount and brought in 2 new customers for their Buisness.
