Probably faded at the time) and we would come in after clubbing or attending rap battles a few stores down at the record shop. Now Crave has turned into my 6 year olds favorite breakfast spot before dropping him off at school (wow have times changed!). It's located a few blocks from his school so we stop in a little after they open and I let him go crazy on the menu and order whatever he wants. Every time time we arrive, the lady who takes our order is so patient with my son as he tries to figure out what he wants and she asked him normal questions about his order and I just get a kick out of their interactions. The place is usually empty and very clean. They are actually still cleaning up a few things when we arrive, while setting up a few things on the patio. We enjoy sitting on their comfy couches in the corner and if it's nice outside, the patio is a great option (although you are on the corner of Van Nuys Blvd and Ventura Blvd intersection during traffic so there is a lot of honking going on). The food is still great and we've ordered a lot of items on the menu. We've had everything from breakfast burritos, French toast, salmon, to fish tacos, and yogurt parfaits.
