They are very busy this time of year and worked us in anyway. We are so grateful for the quality of service. They are very knowledgeable and professional. It is now fixed and we can be confident in using and enjoying it this winter. Look no farther I would highly recommend this company.

Significant concerns about the work completed by Schwabees…read more Perhaps an indication of what was to come, I came home one day to find the pieces of my old fence sloppily strewn across a newly landscaped lawn. The other company working on my land stacked these pieces carefully in the street for hauling. The crew doesn't use tools for measuring, cutting or alignment. Cuts look like they were made with a butter knife. Heights were unmeasured and uneven. Basic fence construction tenets (adding a cross bar to prevent bowing) were not followed. The two gates drag on the ground. Odd placements of random pieces of wood gave a haphazard look to the work. While the individual people are pleasant, the work is not professionally done. Of most concern, the owners are either unaware or unconcerned about this. Ultimately, it is their responsibility to oversee the work, coach and develop their employees. The owners were on site for the work, so again, very disturbing that they would accept the quality as being passable. After multiple requests to right the situation, I was told the fence is done and any further work would be at my cost. My experience mirrors other reviews posted about Schwabees. I ended up paying another company to fix the work. I am very pleased with the corrections the other company was able to make and can now put this (expensive) chapter behind me. Schwabee's was unimpressive on all counts.

It felt like every roofing company known to man descended upon our neighborhood. I ultimately chose GreenPoint Roofing because they're local, but more importantly, because their employee, Kiefer, reassured me he'd personally guide me through the entire process. Kiefer absolutely delivered on his promise. He ensured everything was handled smoothly and on time. He managed the complexities of my insurance claim, worked with my mortgage company, and made sure I was treated fairly throughout. Kiefer was always reliable, showing up exactly when he said he would--not just for the roof but also for cleanup and overseeing subcontractors to ensure all repairs were done to perfection. What could have been one of the most stressful experiences as a homeowner turned into a surprisingly positive one, thanks to Kiefer and the team at GreenPoint Roofing. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We got a call back from Tyler to set up an estimate appointment the same day we sent an inquiry through the website and he was able to come out the next day. They got it in really quickly and then came back a month later to seal it, and it looks GREAT. The communication them and us was quick and easy, and seriously - we can't get over how wonderful it looks. We are 1000% satisfied with the concrete work. We do wish they'd done a little bit better of a job cleaning up the mess in the yard (they left a lot of concrete debris in the grass as well as a bit of trash; when they came back to seal somehow some weed mat got ripped up, which they didn't put back), but it wasn't enough where it was worth asking them to come back for and it doesn't change the fact that their concrete work is excellent. Of the eight landscape designers I reached out to, Dave was the only one to get back to me within 24 hours. His responsiveness continued through the life of the project. That alone would be worth repeat business, as I'm sick of having to chase contractors down when I'm trying to give them money. We asked Dave to give us a bid on about a dozen individual projects in our yard and then let us select which ones to actually implement. He was happy to accommodate and patiently answered a multitude of questions. The actual job went smoothly and quickly. It started on time, there was no fuss or drama, and a few minor changes were easily accommodated while the work progressed. We plan to hire Glacier again.

Nearly five month lead time and a crew was sent out to dig it - by hand - in nearly 100 degree heat in the middle of August. They did the best they could given the temperature and lack of oversight, but in the end the job was left 90% completed. Gatorades and freezer pops couldn't have saved them. Dave came to the door seemingly in a hurry, asked for the check and left, not checking up on the work his crew did (who also left without saying anything to us). I've already hand-dug and hauled four dump-carts full of rock with, I'm estimating, maybe four more to go. I'm happy I didn't have to do the whole thing so am grateful for that, but the stark contrast between the first job and the second had our necks feeling like we got whiplash. What happened? It's great that Glacier View has blown up, meaning more work for his crew, and it's likely that we're such small potatoes now it's barely worth scheduling us, but it sucks to be treated as an afterthought. Maybe they aren't great for repeat business. {edit}: Dave reached out offering to finish the job, and while I'm admittedly still a bit sour over the extra work I do respect how he tried to make it right. More importantly I'm satisfied with the acknowledgment of the lack of communication and a reassurance of improvement moving forward: small job or large. So, I'm increasing the rating to what it should be.
