This location now offers Studio Red (HIIT cardio), Flow (heated yoga), and LFT (lifting class) which are basically boutique-style workouts that would cost $30+ for a single drop in class elsewhere, but you get it (and a lot more) for a monthly cost of ~$45 (as of Jan 2026). The equipment in the classes are high end and in great condition. All the coaches teaching the classes are wonderful, fun, welcoming people, so it's a great environment to jump start your fitness journey or crank it up. Really great fellow gym go-ers in the classes as well - no weird egos, very supportive and considerate. It's true that the extra amenities, like the massage chairs, break down more consistently than you'd like, but the workouts are so satisfying, it's fine. There are also some new-ish annoying fees with being late and corporate controlling the music played. Also, there's a pool and some spa amenities. I haven't personally used it, but it's always looks clean and does the job. Again, at this price point, it's a great deal.

However, they've decided to change his schedule this summer so that on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays there are no morning yoga classes. Since I have to be careful with working out postpartum, and I want an actual workout and not just a stretch class, this is a huge bummer. I've been a member for years, but I'm debating on switching because the class schedule is changing so much. If I'm only going to be able to do gym time, I might as well go with a different gym and not waste money on studio classes that I can't attend.

So, for the last 7 years, I've been consistently gaining weight. It all started when I changed…read morejobs, which prevented me from going to the gym on a regular basis. Then I stopped going all together and began eating more and more unhealthy. Next thing I know; I've gained 65lbs. I knew it was time for a change, but I didn't know how to do it and at this point I didn't think I could do it on my own. I've known Kenny for about 8 years and in that time, he's always been positive, hard-working and does whatever he sets his mind to. When he became a coach for the Dolce Diet, I knew he was type of person I needed to help me make this change. This was not an easy journey for me, to say the least. I had a couple setbacks, but they were all do to me not sticking to my diet for various reasons, crazy work schedule, a wedding, being out of town, etc. Each time I had a set back and became discouraged, Kenny was there to cheer me on and let me know everything was going to be alright. Even when I got upset and wanted to quit, Kenny kept me on track. After 8 weeks on the Dolce Diet, I lost an incredible 24 pounds! I'm so happy I stuck with it and without Kenny, I might not have even started!

"Where do I begin. So many great things to say about my 8-week journey. I will begin from day one…read more   I had the chance to meet Kenny through my sister from their training together at Ludwig Martial Arts. During this time, I was in a conflict with myself about losing weight and living a healthier lifestyle. My moment of clarity was when I took my shirt off in front of my son and he said "haha daddy fat" - this is when it hit me that I needed to make a change. Along with this I had health issues going on - I had heart flutters from drinking monster energy drinks every day, I would lose my breath from playing a couple minutes with my son and so I looked at him and myself and said NO MORE EXCUSES.   This was right around the time I began to know Kenny and he mentioned the Dolce Diet to me and I took an immediate interest. From that day on I said I needed to make my move for my health and to be a part of my sons life for as long as I can and so with time I found out Kenny was a Dolce Diet coach and I knew this was a sign for me to make the jump.   Kenny was always willing to talk and give me information about me making better choices with my food and one day I reached out to Kenny and he was very excited and willing to help me, this in turn got me pumped up and ready. Seeing Kenny's knowledge and how healthy and happy he carried himself made my choice of a coach extremely easy. Finally, I quit making excuses and scheduled my first consult with him and this is where it just took off. Kenny came to my house and just hit me with so much knowledge and information that really it caught my interest. Prior to this I had no idea what the Dolce Diet was so after our meeting I was stoked to begin. I gave Kenny my word that I would do this and he gave me his word he would give me his all to help.   After all this the results speak for themselves.   When I got my meal plan in my hands it felt like I had the recipe in my hands for a better body and a better mind, but this wasn't enough for Kenny. Kenny went above and beyond to to help me. Kenny showed up to my house to pick me up and took me grocery shopping so that I didn't feel overwhelmed with the whole new shopping experience for food. His knowledge and experience with this lifestyle had me in awe -  He explained everything and showed me where to get the best ingredients and so when I got home and had all of this new food what does Kenny do? He offers to help me meal prep! We spent probably over three hours preparing my first week of meals and this put me at ease to see how easy it can be to cook your own delicious meals.   After this I was set up for success. Kenny made sure to check in with me EVERYDAY. I logged my weight and how I was feeling. My first day I lost 3lbs! Kenny kept me focused and any hurdle I hit he was all over it with an answer.  Even when my work switched me to nights I called Kenny and he had a new plan of attack for me with in an hour. I can't thank him enough and Sam - she is amazing as well. She was very quick to respond and get any questions we had answered. During my 8 weeks I quit using my vaporizer, I quit drinking pop, I literally quit my bad habits because I saw the passion Kenny had so I wanted to give him my all just as he went above and beyond to help me and now after 8 weeks of the Dolce Diet I am down 33.4 lbs. and I feel fantastic! My energy levels are great, my mental state is a lot clearer, I can play with my son a lot more, and I sleep a lot better.   I want to thank Kenny and everyone at the Dolce Diet for giving me a second chance and saving me from my bad eating habits that were leading me to my own self destruction."   - Rubiel Mendoza
