Great store on Broadway. A very nice space and environment to just hang out. The lady working there was very nice and you felt very welcome in the store. The had more then just clothes as well. They had all kinds of Knick knacks, tarot cards, minerals, incense etc. The clothes seemed to be high quality and they were a bit on the expensive side but seems to have the quality as well. I am shocked by the previous reviews. I have now had months of incredible customer service with this small business as I attempt to sort out my orders. Some of the sizing on my initial order was off for me (too large) and a few items were backordered so I reached out to change the size of the backordered items before they shipped out. They were super responsive and made the changes quickly. There was also an error at the warehouse and they reached out immediately to communicate this. For a small business, I truly value this level of customer service and commitment to satisfying their clients. I have now purchased a couple items for myself and a couple gifts for others with really positive feedback on all. The artwork is absolutely gorgeous. The prints are vibrant and how wonderful that they are using primarily recycled materials! I appreciate their philosophy, products and the wonderful customer service that Headspace has provided. read more

If I were to try and cram every bad interaction I had with this company and it's wholly unprofessional owner, it would simply take too much time and effort after so much time already wasted on them, that it's not worth more than a cursory review. That being said... DO NOT SHOP HERE. I tried to buy a face mask. Have been treated with true disrespect by the owner. This company used the COVID pandemic to try and hustle a quick buck out of desperate and scared customers, and after More than a month all that was sent out was some barely functional, aesthetically unpleasant, Frankensteinian looking mess that was made in China of all places. I was so dissatisfied that I asked for my money back, sent photos of the mask in question, and also offered to send it back to them. The owner replied with an email that was... I guess the best way to describe it was like a bad email from an overly emotional ex. It was insulting, creepy, bloated, and just generally unsettling. All I wanted was a refund, and I got a barrage of excuses and self-aggrandizing pleas for pity. I went back to the website to see if others had had similar experiences, and there were numerous very negative reviews under each face mask, describing the same terrible product and service. I left a very honest comment, simply discussing the poor quality of the mask and warning people that the pictures is not an accurate representation of the actual product. I received another email a month later, from the same owner (like a bad ex at this point), listing off all of his struggles: how he's paid minimum wage, lives with roommates, and really an entire sob story: and that he deleted my review because he works hard (according to him). I guess somehow all of that means he can charge an exorbitant amount of money for terrible garbage from China. I mean, I feel pity on him, but dude get it together. If you want only positive reviews, and will just censor honest bad reviews, be honest about your product, sell it at an honest price (probably barely worth $5 not over $20), and pull yourself together man. It's extremely insulting as a customer anywhere to be charged a ton of money for a bottom-tier product, and then when I go on the internet and warn others, you do some type of fascist censorship move and block my voice just to preserve your own image. I mean what is that? It's scummy and dishonest. It's gross, man. See what I mean? I wouldn't give a cent to this company, just stay far far away. This company is bad news, bad products, and the worst most unprofessional service you could imagine. The owner of this business is a creepy person who is trying to use cool looking designs to rip people off. It's very dark stuff, this entire business has super bad vibes, and what's worse, horrible / low-quality / terribly overpriced products. That was the short version. Terrible business. Super unorganized as a business, bad quality face masks, way over priced, awful communication with owner. I made multiple orders with them and they straight up forgot about my shipment and failed to communicate with me. The owner was just straight up rude and unprofessional. I just had the worst experience with this company. I will never order from them again. Trust me, save your money and go somewhere else. The headache you will get from trying to get your order, return something, etc. is NOT worth it. I spent $200+ on my order, I wish they had better customer service and didn't forget about my order. If they were organized I wouldn't of had to track down my clothes and find out why my package is 3 weeks late and when its supposed to arrive. I hope they can figure their business out soon and pull it together bc i can see them losing customers fast if they keep doing business like this. read more
