I ended up at Homer Reed where instead of turning me away as an impossible request, Bill went through the entire store with me and found a suit that fit pretty close. He then made a special request to their Tailor to put me at the front of the line so that my suit was ready to go Monday morning for the wake Monday night. Although it was for a sad occasion, I had a perfectly fitting suit. I was not a customer of Homer Reed before but I am forever one now.

They donate one-percent of their gross sales to "1% for the Planet", an organization that has helped to direct hundreds of millions of dollars to environmental nonprofits around the world. The response I got LITERALLY said "you should have received an email and your order should have shipped by now". Well no shit! So I had to email them again and ask them to follow up on the order since I had not received an email or the sweatshirt and Christmas was in 3 days. To which I received another email saying they've reached out to the people that handle the online ordering but have not gotten a response. No Christmas present arrived for my sister.... I reached out again on the 26th as I never heard back with any information. This time I received a response saying they are reaching out to the owners. Well we are now on Friday the 29th and still no idea where my order is and no response from the company. I've left a voice mail and tried to message through social media but all attempts to reach someone instruct you to email the worthless email address where clearly the person answering the emails doesn't know anything. I'll be contacting my bank today to stop payment and dispute this purchase as they are obviously not a trustworthy company to buy from. Beware!!!

They had some really nice products, and it's nice to be able to go into a store and buy stuff off the rack. The people were great in handling the return (it was more than 90 days but the hat still had all of its tags, stickers, etc.). AND the kicker was that when I sent it back, I had forgotten to put in the paperwork on the original order. So I emailed them the UPS tracking number and pertinent information along with my apologies. They seamlessly handled the return without any additional information from me. Thank you sooo much!
