I've been attending this location more frequently lately because its close to my parents, but I still prefer all the other metro locations to this one. A few of the reasons this CPY is not my favorite: 1. I attended a 5pm Sculpt class that had no cardio - I've never been to a CPY Sculpt class with zero cardio in it, and I really missed it! 2. Are the classes not 60 minutes long? I've been to 2 classes that ended at 55 minutes. 3. I've felt rushed to leave the locker room if I want to shower after class. I don't take long showers, but I'd say at about 10 minutes after class the locker rooms start to shut down. The studio is very clean and has a good amount of showers with shampoo, conditioner, and soap included. Parking is also easy, as the studio is located in a strip mall. Overall, if you are in the area, this is a fine CorePower, but if you live closer to any of the others, I wouldn't go out of the way to attend classes here.
