This greens are no joke. Running at 13+ with undulations made hilarious frustration…read more Rooms were classic modern furnishings and clean. Balcony over looks the course for an expansive view. Breakfast service was friendly and courteous. Very quiet. Same spot for no vibe 19th hole drinks. Bartender needs service training. Better to go out into town for the after round. Clubhouse service snootiness was expected and experienced with the lavishly expensive price for a round of golf $$$$. Merch designs not impressive enough to buy. Would play again but maybe better valued during the off season.

I had a great time at Tetherow. I was there for a conference. It's a beautiful resort with plenty…read moreof amenities such as two hot tubs, a heated pool, steam room, sauna, gym, walking trails, restaurants and golf. Most of the employees were friendly and spoke when they saw me. Many of the employees were helpful. My room had everything I needed including two beds, a large shower, a patio with a table and two chairs, toiletries, a Nespresso coffee maker (also included coffee, tea, sugar, honey, and creamer). The room had a sink, microwave, and mini fridge. There was also a couch, good quality tv, and a fire place. I liked that I've was available and it was pre-bagged to ensure cleanliness. The bathroom had a his and her sink setup, the shower is separate from the toilet, and the air conditioner was perfect, when needed. My only dislike about the room was the outlet near the bed. There was only one outlet available for a device that was not a phone or laptop. I needed to hook up a medical device and the outlet was too far from the top of the bed. I used the hot tub, sauna, steam room, and trails. At times, the women's locker room was a dirty mess. It would have been nice for someone to stay on top of keeping it clean. During the conference, we were served food, coffee, tea, and drinks. All the staff attending to us were great. Anything we needed, they provided it. I would for sure visit again!

We stayed here for two nights while my boyfriend attended a two day seminar at the conference…read morecenter here. The company hosting the seminar covered the cost of our room, so we did not pay for it. The property itself is large and sprawls on either side of the river. We stayed on the second level, with a balcony overlooking the river, which was really nice! The hotel is from the 1970's, but it seemed nicely maintained and the room was very clean. Amenities I appreciated were the dual bathroom vanities, comfy chair, refrigerator, and USB charging ports on the wall. The room itself was generously sized. The bathroom was very clean and the water pressure in the shower was fine (not terrible, but not amazing). One thing I really missed having in the room was a microwave to reheat leftovers or coffee...I was surprised by the absence of this common amenity. As stated earlier, we didn't pay for this room. I looked up pricing, and the base rate seemed relatively reasonable. However, they tack on a 19% "amenity fee" that raises the rate quite a bit, along with the usual transient taxes by state and local governments. Even though I found our stay here to be enjoyable, I don't think I'd pay the rate they're charging overall for that same room. Although the river view was nice, I think I'd skip it and save some money. If their rates are acceptable to you and you value a riverside view, it's absolutely a nice hotel to stay at. All of the staff we encountered were very kind, too. I can't really say anything negative about our experience here! I would have given it a five star review, but I find the final room rate to be too expensive and having a microwave would have been appreciated.
