That said: - Bevel Brewing puts out some good beers. Love their disc golf theme and their exploration of different hop varieties (the 'hop tour' series). - DIY Cave is a cool place to do a little woodworking or welding. They offer other stuff but those are my interests. I keep threatening to myself to volunteer in their wood shop. - Nice array of food trucks. - Nice outdoor areas for sipping a brew. - Parking can get iffy when busy.

The second house was only two years old and was great. The HOA absolutely sucked though and the neighbors thought letting their dogs crap in your yard was ok. The original office lady we dealt with I'd give a five star review. However the current lady is snarky and rude. Long story short if you're ok with houses being decent but crappy customer service this place isnt horrible.

I would never use this organization to buy sell or rent list or do business with them in anyway shape or fashion. They are uncommunicative they lack Ethics and don't do business in good faith. I rented a property on December 8 signing a lease that was fully executed and legally ratified and gave the owner a security deposit. Over the past two months we coordinated my move with the owner making sure the utilities were in my name and making arrangements to pick up the key on the move in date which is February 1. My family made arrangements to fly in to help me with the move and I paid a mover as well. There were a great deal of arrangements that were necessary and I forwarded my mail. This last Friday less than a week before my move I received a casual email from the landlord that she would not be allowing me to move in. She gave no excuses or reasons. I found out that she had actually sold the house and never took it off the market during the period of time that she showed me the house, executed the lease, took the security deposit, and coordinate my move. Thinking that she had an obligation to at least tell her buyer, the title company, the broker, and all associated contacts, I contacted the Harcourt Garner group to try to gain some assistance. They would do nothing! They referred me to their attorney who stonewalled me at every juncture. They are unethical and a bad neighborhood and community partners. The bottom line is doing business with them is a risk and I would never take it

With the market as tight as it is right now, finding "the right spot" was quickly revealed as a daunting task. One call to Tom Tapia at Fratzke and it became a piece of cake. This is the second time Tom has found us a new location (he helped us find the place from which we are currently vacating). The location makes life so easy-I can walk to concerts, float the river in the summer, grab groceries, or head to the Old Mill, Box Factory, or downtown without needing to drive and find parking. The gym, lounge(s), and coworking space(s) are convenient and well-kept, AND having a community printer has been a small but very helpful bonus! If you work-from-home it's the best building for that, and if you are social - you can hear the Hayden Homes Amphitheater concerts from your apartment! The staff are fun and responsive. They respond quickly whenever I have a question or need help, they make me feel supported and not judged. It's rare to have both a great location, appealing home, amenities AND good management! Also, the deposit was $800 - not 1-2x rent like everywhere else! BONUS that there's a free e-bike rental for residents!
