So happy this is open again. Grand opening was last week because the food is great, atmosphere is terrific and just having an outdoor bar makes it all worthwhile.

We sat outside and this was the view looking inward.

Really great experience the staff has been wonderful and the food has been great. My brother had the banging shrimp and they were really good. Be sure to check out the shoestring fries too.

Total Dive, but the food was super good. Easy to find...easy to park...eat inside or out...play corn hole before or after...restroom is at the outside door. Our table was a channel marker. Ok, cool. You order at the counter. The server had no personality at all. Not friendly...no small talk...no smile...nothing. At least she made a good food recommendation when I asked her opinion. She suggested the Chicken Philly (CP). The CP was scrumptious! And the shoestring fries were pretty darn good too. The fries had a very good taste of seasoning. Totally not healthy food, but hey, we are on vacation. Didn't care too much for the soda water. They play country music. They cooked the food fast. The price was right. We enjoyed it.

Great stop near the Hatteras Ferry landing. Ate here for lunch and got some hush puppies made in cornmeal and grilled shrimp. Perfect for me with gluten sensitivity. My husband got a flounder sandwich which he enjoyed so much. Will come again if I go back on vacation.

This place is great!! Crabcake sandwich yumm. Best fries ever. Unlimited sodas. $1.95 for a beer. Real character and pretty darn good food. VERY casual, bathing suits and sandy feet. Con: some 'off color' stickers make for uncomfortable conversations with little ones.

The food, for the most part, was great but the staff quality was not. Please consider not serving your customers soggyfries and REALLY, REALLY hire more employees. I almost waited 30 minutes for 2 Philly steak subs. And the lady on the front really ticked me off when she insisted on putting ice in my tea when the machine is suppose to spill out cold liquids!! Please maintain your resterurant more and hire additional employees, especially accomdating ones.

Two words. "Orange Crush" Great food, atmosphere, and fun place to hang out. Huge field with cornhole boards and picnic tables.

Excellent! Hot or cold best ever on the beach under the new owners. EST inside, outside at tables or the bar.

We weren't looking for food, but we definitely needed hydration. Using the app we opted for the drive thru. Placing the order on our way here, was a smart move, we just entered the drive thru line first. Pulled up to the kiosk, told them our order number, and just waited. The wait here was not long. It was quite the easy wait. Pulled around, our drinks were ready as we pulled up. Drinks handed to us, order was correct, and we were on our way. One of the quickest stops at a McDonald's I have ever had. The biggest gripe here was access. Sitting right off the main the drag through the area, it can take some time to get in and out of here. Especially during the season. There is a constant flow of traffic and sometimes it might be easy to just turn right and fight your way back down.

Not sure I would be some joyful considering this is a very busy location. They made it work, and with much hustle, customers seemed very pleased. Food was prepared to order, the accuracy of the order was spot on the several times I was there. Nice to see hard working people make a difference and upholding the company brand!

This was one of the best service we have ever gotten here in the Outerbanks. Most is lukewarm but over here folks are greeting you from the very first step you go in. The guy who is ringing everyone up was very nice as well. Now let's talk about the biscuits. Biscuits so famous they start coming in hot at 5:30 am. Biscuits so famous that there's always a guaranteed line! Biscuits so famous they have a rather fascinating name accompanying it. It was great especially for breakfast we came back at 7:00 am determined to get some of those biscuits goodness and we got it piping hot and delicious. Prices are affordable and great selection. I love places like this unassuming but delightful! So whenever you are in the Outerbanks. Give them a try! Friendly service and good affordable food!

We also got a half dozen regular biscuits to go. They were the perfect mix of light and buttery and not too greasy. Next time we will try the blueberry and cheese biscuits and hash browns. Parking can be tricky, so be patient. The line will probably be long but they go fast! Fun souvenir alert. Tons of t shirt and hoodie options along with stickers, cozies, and lighters. Tip: There is indoor seating!

We dined here for lunch and there was a line almost out the front door at 12:45pm. The order number is on the receipt so hang onto it at least until your order arrives. In spite of how busy the restaurant was, we managed to find an open table inside. There are also some tables outside in back. It was a bit chilly when we were there so we stayed in. One of the daily specials was the club which I ordered on rye with potato salad. The restaurant has a fun, laid-back atmosphere, and they were getting ready for live music while we were there. We were dining with our young daughter, and once the band had finished setting up, we got the impression they were gently encouraging us to wrap things up. No one was rude about it, but it definitely felt like they preferred not to have a family with a little one there once the music got underway. My husband ordered a burger that he polished off and described simply as, "Good." Coming from him, that's actually a solid endorsement. I ordered the Cuban Reuben. The flavors were good, but I was surprised to find it served on what appeared to be a flour tortilla rather than the flatbread described on the menu. It ended up eating more like a wrap than a sandwich. I still enjoyed it, but it wasn't what I was expecting. I had ordered fries with my meal but received chips instead. I never checked the receipt to see whether I was charged for the upgrade, but it ended up working out just fine. My husband was convinced they were just really good Lay's chips. I disagreed. We still haven't settled that debate, but we both agreed they were fresh, crunchy, and delicious. My daughter ordered the grilled cheese, and after spending the week on an unofficial Outer Banks grilled cheese tour (because toddlers have priorities), this one landed somewhere around a 5/10. Overall, it was a pleasant meal with a great atmosphere, and I can absolutely see it being a fun place to grab a drink and listen to live music. It just wasn't one of the standout meals from our trip.
