I picked the perfect doctor for what I needed. The office has been great. My recovery I could not ask for anything better as a medical professional myself. I uphold my doctors to the same standards and he exceeded them. His staff is very kind and patient, and as they're growing, the new people I have seen have been just as great. I also have had great services by Dr VJ, his name is quite long, but he works out of the Suntree office mostly, but he does Cortizone shots and stem cell and all of the latest and greatest procedures that might buy someone time before surgery. No matter what you'll be well taking care of, they will give you the honest truth, and if you have any issues ever please let them know because they really are a great practice.

David Dominguez insisted that "they were wrong" and that it was a total tear that required surgery. Despite my knee feeling much better weeks after the MRI, he insisted that it was the "calm before the storm" and that I would experience bone on bone arthritis in 1-5 years. He said the knee will not heal without surgery sooner or later. Against my intuition, I proceeded with the surgery, based on his assertions. The exploratory procedure revealed exactly what the MRI report described. I had a partial meniscus root tear. He closed my knee up with no repairs whatsoever. His post op appointment revealed that my ligaments were intact, I only had a partial meniscus tear that "would heal on its own" and the area under my kneecap looked like that of a 20 year old. All of these statement in this review were made in the presence of his office staff. For this unnecessary and negligent procedure, his office and the surgery center will ultimately max out my $5,000 health insurance deductible, all out of my pocket. I will not take this without a fight. I have formally given him 14 days to refund my $700 deposit on the surgery and will be filing a medical malpractice claim next week unless I am absolved from all financial responsibility for this unnecessary procedure, caused only by Dominguez's improper interpretation of an MRI

Dr Frye sadly ruined the use of my hand and my career as a vet nurse…read more After his botched my surgery, I have had to have 2 further surgeries for correction from his shoddy work. I went to Jewett Orthopedics in Orlando for repair of his work. I would go anywhere but to Doctor Frye. Brief History: I saw Dr Frye for cortisone shots in a failing pip joint, he recommended finger pip surgery as shots were not working. I informed him I would like to have joint replacement but he insisted it was not possible, which many doctors since then have said that it was totally possible. This was his first lie. Next, was the condition of my finger post surgery as it came out leaning to one side badly plus it was excruciatingly painful. In addition, I found out that he also injured a tendon in his surgery and never told me. It had to be repaired as well in a further surgery, and when I complained to him, his words were "Well I thought I got it straight". He sent me to hand therapy and the therapist commented on the poor surgery result. As a result they tried to splint it straight, 3 times. That didn't work, it was painful to try and they even splint to go leaning it the opposite way! And he did not stop there as he then told me I had to pay for it to be corrected from his shoddy handy work and even offreed to cut my finger off! That is when I decided to go elsewhere for a second opinion. I'm so glad I did! To correct his shoddy I had to have a pin inserted the length of my finger, down the bone in my finger for over 6 months to repair the tendon. Also, the fused joint had to be re-broken and a long plate was inserted. Then another surgery to remove the plate. To this day, it is still painful and hard to even use. (2 years on). I cannot use my finger for work or life in general. I cannot grasp my hand. I cannot use it without residual ache for hours, and a burning sensation, and I was only 59 when he did it. In conclusion, sadly all I can say is he didn't care. He turned on his heels, as after I begged for help, he just said well we can "cut it off" and then he walked out of the consult room. I'll bet this would be different if it was his botched finger surgery! My career and life was assisting in surgery with the animals. Now I can't even fill a syringe. Lastly, once you remove a joint you cannot ever replace it. Be very careful to ever remove a joint as it's irreversible, so I suggest you consider a replacement joint instead. Please research people! This surgeon may be kind to other people but he destroyed my daily life, cooking, cleaning, writing, carrying.,but most of all, I can never work again properly.

PT Professional provides outstanding care with one-on-one attention. Prior to going to PT Professionals I had been going to a different physical therapy group on Merritt Island. PT Professionals is so superior to this other group. I have been treated by several of the therapist and all have been very professional and skilled. Normally Chardae is my therapist. She is very caring and knowledgeable therapist and I always feel much better after a session. She is extremely knowledgeable of the various physical therapy techniques. I most recently have been treated after surgery on my shoulder. PT treatment started the day after the surgery. She has me perform various exercises to strengthen the shoulder. She manipulates the shoulder to allow for more range of motion. My favorite acitivity is when she massages the shoulder. It feels so amazing. She knows just what to do to make the shoulder feel better. She is a very skilled and professional therapist. While having treatment I have watched while therapist provide other patients therapy. They customize the treatment around the patients problems and abilities. Over time I have seen these other patients continually improve. If you live in the Merritt Island, Cocoa Beach, Melbourne or Viera area and need physical therapy I highly recommend you go to PT Professionals in Viera.

This is what I wrote to his superiors and to those that Request requested comments in my suggestions. I said, " Your doctor, Dr. Miller and staff were in Direct competition with Cleveland, Clinic and Dr. Brooks staff. Not only that, so was your Hospital at Palm Bay versus the Hosp In Vero Beach called Cleveland clinic. I chose Dr. Miller over the esteemed Dr Brooks not because Dr. Miller was younger or that he did more surgeries which he did not in comparison to Dr. Brooks. Dr. Brooks has a five fold total above Dr. Miller in regards to hip replacement. Although Dr Brooks is an esteemed seasoned Dr. An instructor, I chose Dr. Brooke and his staff because of the massive number of feedback Online from actual customers and their comments in regards to How happy they were after the procedure, how happy they were in choosing Dr. Miller and his staff and how successful they felt years later, as well as how caring his staff was, and how responsible, Confident and serious they took each day in doing their job. That amount of feedback was fivefold of the feedback. Dr. Brooks had online from what I could find. That feedback Was more valued than the five times of experience, Dr. Brooks had. In my opinion, I chose the right Doctor Who did the right job. PS - He And his staff did so well that I had zero bruising, zero discoloration, and nearly 0 pain after my surgery. I just wish I could bungee jump... Lol Just kidding." Then, if I could, I would've dropped the mic and walked away.

My recovery is progressing exactly as planned, and I am actively doing physical therapy with great results. Dr. Miller's skill, professionalism, and care gave me not only successful surgeries, but also my mobility and quality of life back. I would also like to highlight how excellent Viera Hospital is. The facilities are outstanding, and the staff is truly exceptional--professional, attentive, and compassionate every step of the way. At 76 years old, this means everything to me. Avoid this doctor at all costs. In taking the Hippocratic Oath, Callenberger must have overlooked…read morethe word "no" and thought it was "Do harm." My family's experience with him was a nightmare. I had an elderly relative who fell and broke her pelvis. The fractures were mild, not even visible on hospital x-rays; they appeared only in CT scans. Still, Callenberger insisted that my relative had to go to a "rehab center" for two to four weeks. He was adamant, even though--by his own admission--he recalled a rehab center that "reeked or urine," as he blithely put it. Callenberger sticks to one and only one paradigm, and he paints patients into a corner. Disaster can ensue, and it did for us. Since he was the doctor, I followed his directive. I selected a well-rated rehab center, although I found it to be understaffed and blighted by incompetence. Eight days into her stay there, my relative suffered a stroke. Two months later, she died. This catastrophe was avoidable. Had Callenberger presented different options instead of just one--the rehab center--we would have welcomed our relative back home, where recovery would have been congenial and safe. Callenberger should be placed in a rehab center himself so that he gets a dose of his own medicine, literally. The experience might prompt a badly needed revision of his primitive thinking. This sham of a doctor is constrained by a curtained mind and failure to listen. My relative had no desire to stay in a rehab center, but Callenberger insisted. What did he hope to achieve by sending a patient in her 90s to such a place? Of what utility was that? Where is Callenberger's sense of reality and sensitivity to patients? He has none. A competent doctor would take a better-informed, more thoughtful look at individual patients instead of a formulaic approach to the whole lot of them. Intellectually clumsy and thus dangerous, Callenberger needs a realistic appraisal of each unique patient and a more flexible cast of mind. He has neither. Speaking of cast, I would not even trust Callenberger to make a cast or splint. Open his little black bag and you'll probably find snake oil and leeches. This guy should not be practicing medicine. He should be sweeping floors in a morgue or mowing lawns at a cemetery. That way, he would be closer to his victims. Don't trust this guy; don't listen to him. Exercise your own judgment. The life of your loved one will depend on it.
