After confirming my order, she asked one of the carniceros to retrieve it. He was the only employee who thanked me and made me feel welcomed. I understand that busy times can be stressful, but I don't understand why I was met with such negativity when I approached with a positive attitude and simply followed the pickup instructions. To make matters worse, one of the black gloves the cashier had been using while handling the cheese somehow ended up inside my bag with my shrimp. That was very concerning from a food safety standpoint. I hope management takes this feedback seriously.
