I arrived and the business is located in a small plaza share with a few other businesses, which means shared parking. There are approximately 4 parking spaces directly in front of the business, which were all taken when I arrived. I was still able to park in the plaza. When I walked up, I rang the doorbell to gain access and the door was opened fairly quickly. There is a small waiting area and there were two other ladies waiting ahead of me, but I did not have to wait very long. While waiting, a parking spot opened, so I moved my vehicle closer. I used the bathroom and after the room was cleaned and was instructed to wait inside while and get ready for my waxer. That wait did not take long either. She knocked shortly after, confirmed what service I needed, and got to work. My waxer was very pleasant and engaging throughout the process. I have not had a Brazilian in over three years, but she made me comfortable, and was efficient, and was done in no time. I had a good experience and was pleased with the results.

She doesn't let you check before applying aloe or oil and doesn't ask what you prefer. Another thing is she doesn't apply pressure after pulling strips and when you ask she has an attitude and puts two fingers on the area for a second max. Mind you she barely gets the strip on the first pull so now I have blisters where you get a brazilian. She's rude and unkind. There's a children's spa for kids under 13. Vegan waxes are coming soon! The Space There's free, ample parking. It's intimate but not fancy, more like being at a good friend's house. Dynasty let me try soft & hard wax to see which was best (soft wax won!) She made me comfortable & even uses a bright light to make sure there are no stray hairs! I highly suggest upgrading to an exfoliating treatment afterwards. Her homemade Coconut Heaven exfoliant is divine ($12 for 4 oz.) The steam & massage with calming oil after my wax was an EXPERIENCE. I was scheduled for a massage with roni & was waiting on the massage therapist at the facility for about 30 minutes. The owner informed me that the massage therapist phone was completely off with no way of contact. She also informed me that she doesn't know where she was but should be arriving shortly, she also advised that the massage therapist uses her business name (aroma petals) for the massage services. As a professional myself, the owner advising me with such information was unprofessional. There are certain general ways that professionals should conduct business in time of unexpected events. Due to me having to be at an important meeting, After waiting about 30 mins post appointment I knocked on the door to be courteous and advise the owner that I was leaving, but the music was so loud she couldn't hear me. After I exhausted my unsuccessful attempts, I left. The therapist Roni called me about 1hr and 30 mins after I left advising that she had a situation that came up. I definitely empathize when it comes to situations, however that was such a huge time disparity. She could have contacted me sooner. She asked if I wanted to come back or reschedule, however she should have been more accommodating due to her hiccup. Things happen but it's all about your approach in finding solutions and communicating. I had booked my appointment online, which requires a CC to book because if you don't come to the appointment or do not cancel within a certain time you get charged. Which I totally understand! I booked a 6pm appointment the same day. Luckily I checked my email before I left my house (I get so much spam it's hard to stay on track), but they just randomly cancelled my appointment out of the blue. First- why would you not call your customer the same day?? I thought maybe it was a staffing thing, so I called to confirm. They told me it was MY FAULT because I cancelled too many times in the past - 12 times over 8 years!!! As someone who had been going there for 8 years + you would think a phone call or email explaining this would be nice. They said I would no longer be able to book online which is absurd. I'm not going to risk waiting in a walk in appointment. The lack of communication and treatment is truly terrible. Not to mention the girl on the phone who told me this was so rude, saying I was lying and it was all my fault. I will have to try to find a new wax space because this is truly terrible customer service. The only reason they got 2 stars is because I have gotten very good waxes in the past
