They repeatedly gave us inaccurate information when I called them. At one point, they denied having receiving a wire transfer even though they had actually received it an hour earlier. On closing day, they demanded that we sign unnecessary documents that would have given up our legal right to a refund if the sale didn't go through. Most of the time that I called, I ended up leaving a voicemail message. Often, my calls were never returned and I had to call again. I would never recommend using them.
