She helped us deal with our terrible mortgage broker and with the bank that owned the property (which is a job all in itself). After the sale, after she'd been paid and her job was done, she helped us get some remedy for the poor job done by the bank's contractor. And here we are three years in and John sent an updated appreciation report on our house so we could see where we sit. Most people buy more than one house in their life, don't you want a realty partner who's always going to be there not just someone who wants to get their commission and move on so they can get more commissions? You want someone who doesn't have to do radio ads to get clients, they get them because their clients tell their friends, "This is who you need"! Well, Heart & Home is who YOU need!

Cannot recommend this company due to the unethical behavior of agent Amy Burrell. I'm currently in…read morea rental that's been listed for sale, which is no problem for me because I'm moving anyway. However, as the listing agent, Burrell seems to be under the impression that I'm at her beck and call, and she has been nothing but rude and pushy. My last straw with her was when she contacted me for a showing via email and I responded that I was out of town. She then responded that I was "impeding the sale of the home" by not being here to let her in for a showing and that it was a "is a breach of your rental contract!" which was not only a lie, but it's an ethics violation for Burrell or any other agent to review lease/rental documents or advise on landlord tenant agreements/arrangements unless they also have a license to practice law. Furthermore, even if I had flat out refused the showing, which I did not, Oregon law allows tenants to do so under reasonable circumstances, and being over 100 miles away would constitute reasonable circumstances. She could have easily called the property manager for access anyway, and it was pretty nervy of her to expect me to drop everything and run back to Florence for her convenience. Burrell was provided with my contact information without my knowledge or consent, and because she seems to be suffering under the delusion that she has carte blanche to push me around, she has since been told to contact the property manager to arrange further showings. Those who are considering selling a tenant-occupied property would be well-advised to find a better agent; trying to push tenants around accomplishes nothing and can make it more difficult to sell a place. Additionally, a competent agent would never have listed this property at approximately $135K over market value. After over two months on the market, there's only been one party interested in a showing, while similar homes that are appropriately priced are selling within a matter of days in this location. The listing itself is also fraudulent; Burrell claims there are "tons of updates!" but there are NONE. The place didn't even have a functioning range when I moved in over four years ago. I feel sorry for the property owner, who was probably hoping the place would be sold by now; the only reason it hasn't sold is because of Burrell's incompetence.

I highly recommend the Jamie Paddock Group at Elite Realty!…read more We recently went through the process of relocating from the Portland, OR area to the Willamette Valley. We were aware of Elite Realty through positive referrals from from friends and family. They were right! The Jamie Paddock Group is a professional, efficient and friendly business. Buying a house, especially in this market, can be a bit overwhelming and frustrating. Elite Realty - Jamie and Mikaela teamed up to make the process seamless and fun. If you need to buy or sell a house - even outside the valley- call The Jamie Paddock Group at Elite Realty. They have great connections and can refer you to lenders, builders and realty companies outside the immediate area. They referred a listing agent in Portland to help sell our house (in 24 hours!). Our experience could not have been better.

I spent much of my time with Karla who was attentive, always available, extremely knowledgeable (much more so than most of the selling agents we needed to correspond with) and so very accommodating. While it took more than a year to find the right place for me, Karla taught me a lot about the home buying process, including pitfalls and other things to avoid as well as pertinent information about the neighborhoods I was interested in. I personally work in a related industry and know many different agents and agencies and I cannot stress enough how much better the Jamie Paddock Group is compared to their peers. I highly recommend them if you are looking to have an intelligent and competitive edge in this challenging market.

KayDee stripped a security deposit out of the rental agreement portion of our contract, and we unwittingly walked into a filthy, flea-infested property with no recourse. Additionally, her communication with our agent was unacceptable. We had to wait up to a week for any response. Finally, we were given a credit from the seller for major under-home repairs, but the bid we received from KayDee came AFTER the time-limit we were given to sign for the credit (!) and the bid was significantly higher than the credit we were given. We have been through a very traumatic experience in home-buying. Security deposits should be mandatory for all rental situations when purchasing a home.

She showed us many homes and was very patient with us, giving good advice and taking us to many places. Even though we ultimately did not buy a home through her, we recommended her to family and friends. Now in the present day, as of April 2018, much apparently has changed in temperament and attitude with Adrienne. We know real estate is a cut-throat business and only the best survive when times get tough. So, in selling our current home in the SE hills of Eugene, our prospective buyer used Adrienne, more specifically her sister, Jane, as their Real Estate agent. When negotiations bogged down over our counter-offer, Adrienne stepped in and called our real estate agent, who happens to be a good friend and wonderful person. Adrienne reamed her up and down, intimidating her, short tempered, rude and just unpleasant. Hearing part of the conversation we could not believe that was the Adrienne we knew from long ago. In my humble opinion, Adrienne appears to treat her clients very well, but is very different with her peers: superior, arrogant, abrupt, demanding and intimidating. She called us (the sellers) "ignorant and stupid", I do not think she realised we were listening or did not care. So if you are looking for a tiger of a real estate agent who likes to dominate the sandbox, kick sand up whenever they want their way (or things don't go their way) and bully the opposition, then Adrienne St. Clair is your agent. But if you want an agent that is civil, courteous, and well-mannered, I'd go elsewhere.
