(While on my roof for the initial estimate, Kevin also noticed a seal that was dry rotted and brought that to my attention as something to fix as well which I really appreciated) So we had to replace our gutters. We switched from 5in to 6in. Every step of the process was done promptly and professionally. Every member of the team I dealt with were friendly and helpful. Even after the initial install when I needed one minor correction, I never felt worried that I was being blown off or lesser priority. I was not charged for the service until it was done to my complete satisfaction. Our new gutters are fantastic and look really nice too. Today my 'new' roofer found that Beattie didn't even do a layer between the plywood and shingles. Then to stop the rain at a seam they installed an appx 8" aluminum bent two inches. Instead of stopping the rain, the rain built up and overcame the 2 inches and thus it then rained into my kitchen. Terrible job. Submitted complaint to Better Business Bureau as well.
