Recently I bought two firearms, S&W Victory Carbon Fiber barrel and then a Hi Point 995 PCC. When I bought the S&W the box only had ONE magazine, however it's supposed to have TWO. The Hi Point didn't have any magazines. The individual that sold the S&W was aware of the missing mag and said it would be taken care of when the manager came in the next day. The Hi Point missing magazine wasn't discovered until I got home and I immediately contacted the store that it wasn't in the firearm or box. So far getting either missing magazines has been a joke. One manager kicked the ball to the other manager, Bill, and I still don't have either magazine. When I reached out to the first manager nearly two months ago about how long it would take to get this resolved, they gave no details and said they will get it resolved when they can. Im sure If I called the manufacturer I'm sure I could get them with a few weeks but I didn't buy the firearms from the manufacturer, I bought them from Bullseye Bills. What would you do in this case? What if you needed to ship something back the the manufacturer through them? And would you accept this type of customer service

I'm deeply disappointed in this company's fraudulent practices and total lack of accountability. I'll never shop here again and advise everyone to avoid them they are a complete scam! In November, 2016, I purchased a used ATI OMNI Multi-Caliber AR-15 Rifle from a local Pawn shop…read more The salesman at the shop assured me that the gun was in working order and it was once owned by a Law Enforcement Officer. The Rifle had all the bells and whistles; from Red/Green Dot Scope to Flashlight w/ Laser. I purchased the rifle and over the next 2 weeks, I went over my new rifle with a fine tooth comb to be sure it was in 100% safe and in perfect working order. It appeared ok, but I wanted to be sure. With that said, I called American Tactical Import (ATI) to obtained additional information about my rifle. The 2 ladies I spoke to were Jennifer Hayes and Carolyn Drabik. These ladies were very helpful. Not only did they provide me with the information I need regarding my Rifle, and I was informed that my rifle could be put under a life-time warranty at no cost! The next day, I log into my computer and registered my Rifle. Upon completing the registration process, I decided to call ATI to confirmed if they received my information. They said they did and further stated the ATI were offering free upgrades to my Lower Receiver. All I had to do was to send my Rifle to them. I agreed to ship my Rifle and ATI sent me all the necessary materials and instructions to shipped my rifle. I included a list of upgrades I wanted done on my Rifle, including the Upper Receiver. ATI Replaced/Upgraded everything I asked for, including parts I didn't think needed replacing such as the Gas Block, Roger Super Stock and Barrel!! Total Cost: $34 dollars; the cost of the Upper Receiver. I am Very Pleased with ATI. Jennifer Hayes, Carolyn Drabik, the Gunsmith Tyler Gardner and everyone else I communicated with. ATI deserved a A+ in my book because they stand behind their product. Thank You Guys for your Great Customer Service and Support.

I'm going to start by saying that RC is not my interest so I can't speak that part of the store…read more My interest is scale model kits and Xtreme carries model kits that you can't find anywhere else in this area. I know Hobby Lobby sells models and has a 40% off sale every 3 weeks but it's mostly the same kits on the shelf and they phased out Tamiya products which I enjoy using and building. Tamiya, besides RC, is one of the top companies when it comes to scale models and this store carries their kits and paint and if there is something from Tamiya you want, they will be happy to get it for you. So, I am in agreement with Jeff W. of Hanahan, don't bother with reading the negative reviews. I have been in the store many times and have not had any bad experiences and it's my opinion that the negative reviews do not accurately reflect this business.
