10 months later and still a great place for a drink and light bar food. Great service at the counter and pretty tasty pizza. Met Kelly and his gardener wife today. Super friendly and helpful. Give this place a try!

We went to this place as a recommendation from a friend. The second we walked in, we were greeted by the friendliest bartender who suggested excellent selections. We tried lagers, stouts, and kombucha. We loved our choices. We also ordered sweet chili wings that tasted amazing. Plenty of seating inside and outside. They have heaters and blankets outside, as well as games. They also have 9 TVs and are planning to show the world cup finals tomorrow. I can't forget to mention the amount of friendly pups that are eagerly waiting to greet you with wags in exchange for belly rubs. Highly recommend this place to bring your friends or have a solo sip. Cheers!

Smash burger was excellent! Just wish the bun was warm or more fresh. Outside of that it was amazing!

We had the ultimate jalapeno burger which was awesome. The patties were crisp and moist. Overall it was fantastic. Just wish the bun was warm and fresh. Will be back!

We stopped by today as I found a coupon on The Entertainment app for half off pizza here - EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD!! I came here once a few years ago with a friend to refill her growler and grab a pint, but didn't know they had a full menu! We got the Dragons Breath pizza, a Mexican Chocolate Death beer, and a cream soda for my bf who was driving haha. The pizzas are 10", come out fresh and piping hot, and have like a medium thin crust that's perfectly soft and chewy. You order at the bar and they pour the beer right there, the bottled sodas are in a small fridge that customers can go grab, and they provide a buzzer for when your food is ready. The Dragons Breath pizza had lots of ingredients and a really good blend of sweet, savory and spicy flavors. The Mexican Chocolate Death beer was incredible - sweet, complex and rich (and pretty high alcohol level - beware! Haha). The cream soda was really good too! Good food, good service, plenty of indoor/outdoor seating and plenty of parking. Really chill local vibe! We'll be back and we'll definitely bring friends!

The patio here is what's up! Wait the staff here is what's up!! No no no the HUGE tap list is really what's happening!!! But seriously this place has a HUGE variety of taps and I love coming here to have a sampler or maaaaaaybe two when the suns out. Sours, Ciders, Kombucha, Beers from pales to Stouts and even wine too, something for everyone!

My friends and I love coming here because of the variety of beers/cider on tap. There's a lot for parking, but if you come at a peak time, the lot will be packed, but luckily, the location allows you to find street parking within the nearby neighborhood. Or if you're taking public transit, there's a bus stop nearby. During this COVID time, they have markers on the floor to make sure people give other people space to social distance. Masks must be worn when not seated and not drinking or eating food. Everyone must bus their own table prior to leaving. It's also great how staff will periodically come by to collect glasses that are empty. As for food, they have great options for food here as well. My friends and I usually get the tachos (tater tot nachos) and pizzas (they have a variety of options for toppings); all of which are delicious! Beer and cider selections are great. I usually get the flight to try out a bunch of different types. There's ample outdoor seating areas all around. It is also pet friendly. They have water bowls and treats for the furry friends. The staff are always so kind and helpful! They make coming here enjoyable.

Love this place! They have 60 beers on tap, which is just insane. The beers mostly from Seattle based breweries but they also have some from outside the city limits and Oregon. Great selection. I think this place is better than Chucks Hop Shop -- I like that they spread out the beer list in to five boards/screens and organize them by type (all ipas in one area, all stouts listed at the end) which makes it really easy to order. The big black board at Chucks can be super overwhelming and hard to read. Definitely going to become a Growler Guys regular after this visit! If you live near the UW/Ravenna/northeast Seattle area, you have to pay this place a visit! The patio and outdoor seating area is absolutely gorgeous on a nice day.

We recently moved to Maple Leaf, and Growler Guys is now our nearest neighborhood bar, which turns out to be a great karma, as they have the best beer selection, fantastic staff, and pub grub to match. This is a serious place for beer - with over 60 taps and also more in bottles and cans. You can get a pint of beer or a growler of course. The bartenders here know their beers and they also have strong relationships with some of the best breweries in the PNW. I discovered some great breweries like Monkless, as well as favorites like Fort George, E9, and Urban Family (the Old Rasputin on nitro is also killer). The menu revolves around a trifecta of pizza, toasted subs, and wings. My fave was the chicken coastal classic - loved the pesto and artichokes with the chicken. Pizzas are solid, and the wings were tasty. Definitely a great spot to hang out or take out, and with a constantly changing selection, you will never get bored.

Great beer selection obviously. The inside seating is a little weird. The smash Burger truck out front is rad.

Is it a good place to get watch sports? Are there TVs?

You bet Tyler. The GG has 10 TVs, we leave the remotes out so people can put on what they want, there's plenty of places for groups to sit together, and there's a solid crowd for NFL, College ball and hockey!

It's been a while since I was at Human People Beer and I am just getting around to writing a review…read morefor it now. There isn't any good reason for it other than back log of reviews and I like to mix up my outings a bit and so the order I post reviews isn't always strictly chronological. Steve's and my experience with Human People Beer has been great! We have had their beer a few different times and we were always very highly impressed and I rated the ones I have had very highly on Untappd. Human People Beer also has a cafe where they serve food. I haven't had a significantly large meal here but the snack I had was fantastic. I will cover the beers first before proceeding to the food as I am a total beer nerd. One beer we had and loved was Neighbors. This is a Kolsch style beer and a great one! I found it very refreshing a great one to drink! Things to detect and have fun with in the flavor profile are maltiness, citrus, a great crispness and a clean finish. The mouthfeel with this one is very nice. Easily a favorite! The next beer I had was the Magick. This was a Hazy Pale Ale. I liked this one too. Perhaps not one I would classify as a favorite but a good one all the same. In the flavor look for elements of grapefruit, hoppiness, citrus and other fruitiness. It's an easy drinking beer where you could easily have more than one. Another beer that became an instant favorite for me was the Heavy Connection. This beer is a Brown Ale. I do enjoy getting this beer typed from time to time and this one proved to be a great return in having this beer again! With this beer look for flavors of coffee, maltiness, hazelnut and a breadiness. This beer is on the richer side but it is so, so good! The other beer that we have had... also a favorite( I am easily going to have lots of favorites here) was the Piknik Pilsner. I do love pilsners and it's so, so great having a really well made one. And this one definitely excels at being a good one! In the flavor profile it is roasty, bitter and crisp. The beer is aromatic and smooth. Another good one! And now onto the food. As I said I only had one item off of the food menu and feel like it was more on the snacky end of things but it was so, so good which really pushes my star rating hard in five star territory. I had Tahini Toast. It's something you don't see often and I haven't had it often but on occasions that I did I really liked it! With Human People you and this particular toast you get tahini, peanut butter, wildflower honey along with fresh fruit. It was so good that I fell in love with it madly! I feel like Human People Beer puts out a strong quality product in their food and drink and I look forward to more dining and drinking excursions with them!

Super cute bar/cafe! Comfy cozy vibe inside. Service is super quick…read more I learned about this place from Ba & Me's Vietnamese food pop up. I've been following Lisa @bamepopup on Instagram for so long -- I was enticed by she way she makes everything from scratch and the food did not disappoint! I ordered the Banh Canh, Banh Uot, and Che Chuoi for dessert. The Banh Canh was the perfect balance of savory, spicy, and homey -- think spicy udon noodle soup with homemade noodles and a perfectly simmered broth. The Banh Uot was satisfying and refreshing -- imagine thin rice cakes with fresh herbs, cucumbers, and a savory meat filling. The Che Chuoi was the perfect dessert. Slightly sweet, salty, and savory with a coconut and nutty topping. Although the vibe is pretty fast casual, I loved watching Lisa check in and connect with other guests while we dined. It's super clear that this goes beyond food for her; it's a passion and a way to connect with other folks. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and I'll definitely be back. Whether you're new to Vietnamese cuisine or a familiar friend, I highly recommend visiting Lisa at Ba & Me for your next fix. It truly feels like home!

Very good, ample food choices on app menu. Nice to see they invested into adult-sized silverware and quality serving dishes. And yes, yum pickled onions! Going for pulled pork w fries, she's getting the house burger. Can't wait to try the banana bread pudding! Quality ingredients, lightly seasoned, fresh cut fries. The pulled pork was a little tired. And worse they served it warm. I would order it again though. So somebody should have put the fries in sooner. Happened to be sitting across from the open kitchen where the food was going out and hats off to their tempura batter fish and chips! The portions and presentation we're well above average they were really attractive looking plates. The bartender absolutely nailed my Spanish coffee and even gave me tequila choice! It was perfect. It took a little while on the bread pudding so I ordered another Spanish coffee, now she's driving. The banana bread pudding was exceptionally good in every way! Saw some big, juicy sliders going by, she wanted to order them next time and I agreed. Overall, I would definitely go back again. And I'm not even a sports fan unfortunately.
