It has turned into a tourist magnet over the past 10 years and the place is small and crowded with people who can't figure out how to pass each other while browsing. I don't really feel compelled to buy anything here because it's hard to navigate the small overcrowded parking lot without getting hit as it is, let alone carrying a big tree. I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this Sterling Greenert. When I purchased my…read moreplants, I was given the impression that if any of them died within a reasonable period of time, they would be replaced. Unfortunately, a few of my plants died (same species) only 4-5 months after purchase, and the company has now failed to honor the word they gave me. Purchased 4-2026. I understand that there is stone in parts of my garden, but the stone is in no way obstructing or interfering with the areas where these plants were planted. The plants were properly placed in their designated garden beds, so I do not feel that the presence of stone is a fair reason to deny replacement. What is most disappointing is that I relied on what I was told when making my purchase. I expected the company to stand behind its plants and its word, especially when the plants failed within just a few months. Customer service and honoring commitments matter, and unfortunately, I feel that my experience fell far short of those expectations. I hope the company reconsiders its decision and does the right thing by replacing the plants as originally promised. If not, I would not purchase from them again and steer others away.
