They came out and gave me a quote and told me that the job was difficult, it would take all day, and require someone with a special expertise in this type of work. I was promised the job would come out perfect and the door would look like new. They charged me a thousand dollars. On the day the repair man came, he showed up very late. He once again told me the job was difficult, would take all day, would probably go into the next day but, that it would come out prefect in the end. He then left for home depot to get tools as he did not show up with the right equipment, even after they came out to see the job several days before hand. Well, he worked on the job for a few hours, and then stated that that was the best he could do, although the door looks much better it is by no means perfect and still shows signs of a dent. In total for a thousand dollars these people made about 350 and hour, and left me with much less then what they promised. To make more money they pumped up that the job was difficult and would take an expert and time but it would be perfect. What they delivered was much less then perfect and no where near worth a thousand dollars. I was conned into a price by being told the job was tough, required and expert, and would take all day if not two. What I got was a handy man in a pick up truck who did not have the proper equipment to fix the job and was by no means an expert in the field. Me or anyone I know will never hire them again, you just as easily could get a handyman and the job would be much much cheaper. As a matter of fact what I got was a handyman who claimed to be an expert to get the price higher. I paid for an expert but got much less. They are the perfect example of the saying " a jack of all trades a master of none".

I just had Aquatic Surfaces refinish my swimming pool, it was in pretty bad shape after 20 years of use. I have had literally thousands of contractors work for me over the years and I must say this company is in the top 1% that I've ever dealt with. I met with Dustin and immediately liked him and more importantly trusted him to do what he said he would do. Well I've got to say I was wrong, he did much more than he said he would, a classic case of under promise and over deliver. He told me it would take 3 to 4 days to do the job and he could start in February, We met a week before Christmas, in the first week in January he called and said he could start next week I gave him okay and he gave me a day telling me when the guys would be there and what they would do. His crew of many years called me and told me when they were going to be there, they arrived within 5 minutes of that time. The next day they returned as promised and finished up the prep work to get ready for the finish crew. The plasters of course also showed up right on time and completed the job on a Saturday and did a superior job in my opinion. His service guy then came back two days later when the pool was filled with water to adjust the chemicals and explain to me what he was doing and what parameters to keep them in. A couple of days later Dustin came by to provide me with a warranty paperwork and to also cover the maintenance requirements. 4 days after that meeting his service guy came by again to double-check the chemicals and adjust them as necessary. I have contracted for over 250 pools easily in my career and quite frankly the job they did on my pool was one of the best I have ever seen. I can honestly say I have referred them to several of my neighbors and he will likely do at least two or three more pools in my neighborhood. It's such a pleasure in today's world to be able to wholeheartedly without reservations provide the highest recommendation I can to Dustin and his company Aquatic Services.
