I met Dean after receiving a postcard in the mail advertising his services. And since I live in a homeowners association with those ever present "condo commandos" that drive the neighborhood like 16 times a day seeking out violations, I figured it was time to pressure wash. Once a year for a 4th year in a row of owning this home, I pressure clean. Not just the roof, but the house, patio, driveway and the curbing around the house itself. Everything needs a bath. And each year, its been with a different service as they seem to come and go. I tried tracking down the last guy who pressure washed last year, but he is vacationing in the local lockup for driving on a suspended license. So much for that... Back to Dean and his crew from A1A Power Washing. Great job and extremely happy with the services provided. I will certainly use them again. 8:30 in the morning and Dean shows up with two men to start the job. I'm off to work so its only a few minutes with them before I depart. Machines, hoses, ladders and all sorts of cleaning equipment. They start on the roof. 6 pm and I arrive home, having worked a full day and forgotten were the pressure washers. After all - too many distractions during the day. Why would I remember the pressure washers? Dean and his crew were still at my home pressure washing. They had pressure washed the roof with a hand wand rather than one of those round pads, finished the house, driveway, patio, curbing, and were just finishing up the screen patio and all of the furniture in the patio. My wife indicated they had worked the entire day and had only taken about a half-hour for lunch. I was very happy with the service offered by Dean and A1A Power Washing. Very competitive price and great results. They went over and above all of my expectations. I will certainly see them next year when we pressure clean once again. William E.
