I have been absolutely delighted by the care and service offered by Merriweather Designs and Shawn,…read moreits heart and soul. Besides being incredibly easy to work with, Shawn has both a keen eye for design and all the know-how necessary to execute a plan. He helped me expand the size of my kitchen without changing the footprint of the space and with beautiful but cost-effective materials transformed it from a dingy, dated space to a bright hearth of my home. He also introduced me to the versatility and sustainability of LVP flooring, installed in a cool and contemporary herringbone pattern. Both projects have not only made my house a warmer place to be but also have undoubtedly increased its value. Finally, Shawn went above and beyond on my project, helping me control costs by teaching me how to do some of the more complicated demolition and by helping me address some smaller projects along the way. And he stayed on time and on budget throughout. I cannot recommend Shawn and Merriweather Designs more. In fact, I hope to be working with them again this fall to wrap up my punchlist.

I have used Flanigans Bell for three total remodels (down to studs including replacing windows and…read moredoors with impact windows and doors) and I couldn't be happier. The owner, Sean Flanigan, is prompt, professional, caring and does high-quality work. As a property investor in Florida, Maryland, DC and Virginia it is important that my contractors say what they do and do what they say in the time they say and provide quality products and services and reasonable/competitive pricing and this company hits all the buttons consistently. There is literally nothing they cannot do - and guarantee their work. They were able to take on some very complex issues in my rentals (specialized tiling, complex plumbing issues and electrical as well). I also contract out to them regular maintenance for my properties in Florida as I cannot always be there and are quick to respond and be on-site. They save me tons of headaches and money and even have saved me on property insurance in Florida which is HUGE! I only wish they provided services for my other properties in the DC/MD/VA area as I would contract them there as well. I'm currently considering two more investments in Florida (Melbourne Beach) and they will be the first one I reach out to as both would need remodeling. Thank you Flanigans Bell for your professionalism, your quality, your reasonable pricing, your attention to detail and your willingness to always go the extra mile. Hoping to do more business on remodels with you in the future.

I called Stanley Steamer on Christmas Eve 2019, but they were closed. I did a quick Google search and Tony's name was the first to appear in the results of the query indicating their service is 24/7. When I placed a call at 5:15 AM, Tony answered the phone and asked me to text him my address and followed up by acknowledging he would arrive around 8:30 AM. Tony was punctual, professional and really stepped up to the plate, given the circumstances and date. His price for cleaning three rugs was comparable to Stanley Steamer, but he was much more thorough. Not only was he able to get the stains out of the carpet, which my dog almost destroyed, he went the extra mile by cleaning the underside of the area rugs, which I had not seen before from his competitors. Not only does he handle "dog emergencies", but he specializes in quickly responding to emergency floods - and that's around the clock, too. I would strongly recommend Tony. He's a very hard worker and goes the extra mile to keep new and old customers, alike. I only take the time to write reviews for those below 2 stars or for those above 4.5 stars - Tony is a 5 star service provider.

For the longest time, I wanted to refinish the floor of my three-car garage. Only thing stopping…read moreme? I didn't want to "clean" it. For those that have never parked an actual vehicle in their garage, you'll understand. I met Chris at CJ Epoxy through a friend. Kristin had installed an epoxy floor in her garage and I was impressed with the result. I decided to pull the trigger. Time to clean out the garage. 20 minutes early for his next day appointment, Chris measured my garage and offered a number of service and color options. Switching from the previous grey color, I went with a brown and beige to match my house color. The service appointment was scheduled four days out. If the initial appointment was any indication of future service, I should have had my garage cleaned out earlier on game day. Chris and his crew were almost 30 minutes early and had to help with the final few items. Mainly the refrigerator and several large tool box type cabinets. Over the course of two days, CJ Epoxy stripped my floor to the concrete, etched them, filled the cracks and turned a mess into something so much nicer. Even the epoxy "baseboard" complimented the new floor. So much so that I might never park a vehicle in the garage again. I can always turn my garage into a playroom for the kids and a workshop - I wish - for myself. A small family owned business, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend CJ Epoxy should you decide on epoxy floors. I'm impressed. Five stars! William E. Lewis, Jr. Vero Beach, Florida.
