He and his crew could have been 5 stars for the popcorn removal and fan installation. I paid him his full price - mistake, perhaps? But there's painting to be done that I assumed was included - and to be fair, wasn't in the contract. His electrician did a great job putting the fans up; but; -lights still not working in the downstairs bath -ceiling light in hall still not installed -upstairs fans were attached to the light switch....but now the ceiling lights only work when the fan is on; so I'm hoping he can fix that. I'll upgrade the rating if/when he fixes things. It's been a week since I cut him the final check. I'll post photos when the job is done.
