I love that when I'm waiting in the car for my son, they come out to say hi. You can tell they genuinely care. The fact that my son waits until he comes back from San Diego just to get his haircut and beard done here says a lot. Great vibe, young energy, and solid work every time.

I was surprised by the almost unanimously positive comments. When we experienced it, I must say that the feedbacks were quite pertinent. My son's stylist is Chandell. Throughout the haircut, she asked questions at almost every step to determine my son's preference and feelings to get the hairstyle he wanted. Sure enough, we were very pleased with the result. Also, I was happy that eventually, I found a good stylist and barbershop for two gentlemen of my family in this city, where we moved in for a few years.

He was so good that…read moreonce I heard he left the company, I searched all over the internet to find him and continue to get my haircut from him! I'm a Seattle native and struggle with finding a good barber. I have Asian hair which has a tendency to stick out straight when it's shorter. I've gone to cheap barbershops for $20/haircut to expensive salons for $95/haircut all just in search of a great barber who can cut my hair well. Most of the time when I leave the barber shops, I'm not usually 100% satisfied with my haircut. Jack is the first barber I've found that I actually leave without any complaints about my hair. My hair comes out great that day. There's no waiting period for it to grow into a good shape, there are no awkward side lengths that are angled awkwardly, it just looks amazing until I need another haircut (I get a cut every 4 weeks). Every once and a while, when Jack's booked and I urgently need a cut, I'll see another barber somewhere. They do a pretty good job and I'm usually satisfied, but then I'll return to Jack and remind myself why I drive all the way from Seattle to Bellevue just to see him! Jack is also a really nice guy, super easy to talk to. I'm part of the LGBTQ+ community and I never feel any judgement from him. He is always polite and respectful. I've been having Jack cut my hair for about 2-3 years now and I will continue to see him until he retires or either of us move away. Go see him if you want an amazing haircut!
