I'm sure, as the owner, he would like to know where his business/employees might be lacking and hone it in. Personally, I've known and done business with him over the years... He know his shit and takes the time to answer questions and help get you what you need. He's not pushy, nor will he BS you in order to sell product. If he's not sure about something he has no problem letting you know. None of us know it all. There's so many products and new things coming out. I'm guessing these other negative reviews really are a product of employees who are much less involved and knowledgable then the owner, Nathan.
