His patience and ability to do a fastest course on fruit-bearing trees ever! Growing, pruning, pollination, all the needs & wants my trees could ever have! I contacted the nursery for guidance and assistance but did not receive a response for more than two weeks. When they finally replied, I was told they do not guarantee their plants. No effort was made to inspect the tree, discuss possible solutions, or offer any accommodation. Instead, the response focused on suggesting that the issue was the result of something I had done. I understand that plants can be unpredictable and that not every issue is covered by a guarantee. However, I was disappointed by both the lack of responsiveness and the unwillingness to work with me toward a resolution. As a result, I will not be doing business with this nursery again. Based on my experience, customers should not expect much support once the sale has been completed.
