Food quality is clearly a major measure of the quality of a restaurant but so too is the hygiene of its facilities. I will be posting a photo of the men's logos sink to illustrate my point. When I see toilets in the condition of the ones I experienced at Avanti I have to wonder how hygienic they are in their kitchens.
