When I first moved into the Fairburn area Grass Professionals came highly recommended! So of course I reached out to them and Chris came out to give a very affordable quote! I was all in! The work he and his team did was amazing, they came on an agreed upon schedule and I never had to worry about my lawn. I was a customer for at least two years. One day, I realized that I had a shrub growing up and I reached out to Chris to ask about his team cutting it down. I never received a response. To this day, Chris hasn't returned any calls, texts or emails, and with no reason. I had to find a new company with little to no time because my "loyal landscapers" had completely disappeared. It's too bad, because they truly did great work, but I can't say they're the most reliable. read more

I found The Grass Professionals on yelp and after reading the reviews I decided to request a quote. This company got back to me within the hour and was able to come out and manicure my lawn the very next day. The beat part was that I did not have to be here while it was getting done. I submitted photos and explained where the property line began and ended and Chris did his thing! I absolutely love my lawn. He definitely exceeded my expectations and even got rid of all the leaves that had fell off my neighbors tree and blew onto my front and backyard. I give this company 5 stars because not only was it a job well done the customer service was excellent. Chris even followed up with me the next day to make sure I was happy with the job. (Sidenote: the grass was cut in the evening so there wasn't much light) I'm grateful I found this company for my lawn maintenance and I definitely recommend! read more

This is a great company!!! Requested an estimate and they came out within 24 hours and provided a detail estimate by email the same day. Scheduled the work within a timely manner and showed up when expected. My yard was in need of some work from the fall season with leaf removal, flower bed cleanup, grass and weed issues. All I can say is the work exceeded my expectations. My yard is the best looking one on the block and I sit outside now just to appreciate the work. I have found my landscaper for years to come. The Grass Professionals have been taking care of my lawns for over three years. My front and back areas are quite large, and I feel that the rates for servicing both are more than fair. I am part of Chris' regular rotation, so I routinely come home to a beautiful, neat yard. In addition to the regular "mow, edge, and blow", the Grass Professionals also provide seasonal clean-up services, prune shrubs and trees, and lay pine straw. Professional, Courteous and knowledgeable!!! Previously I was using a guy that I saw working in my neighborhood. It wasn't a company so when he didn't show for over three weeks, I have to find a company. I looked on Yelp and found The Grass Professionals. Christopher came over and we did a walk through. This was amazing. He alerted me to a few weeks that were killing my grass. Since I have TrueGreen, I was able to then call them and speak intelligently about what was going on with my yard. Chris sounds very professional however he is very disorganized. I requested work three weeks ago, took time off from work to meet Chris and the job was canceled. I called Chris the day "before" the job was to start and that is when he comes up with a story of wet pine straw being the reason he could not start the job. We were in the middle of a drought. This is not the first time of disorganization on the part of this company. That is why I do not use this company any longer. read more

The name is misleading. I was scheduled to have lawn service done on Friday. I called Chris Taylor about 3 hrs after I was told someone would be at my home. I was told that I should have received a call the day before to reschedule due to rain. I informed Chris that no one had spoken to me or left a message. When I asked him when they would be able to come out to do the lawn I was told maybe 4 or 5 days later. When I asked when someone would let me know in order to have someone let them on my property, he hung on in the middle of the conversation.
