We asked the waiter as he walked by when the pizza would be out. He said oh just a few minutes. He disappeared and we didn't see him another 10 minutes, went by. Finally, I caught his attention as he was walking by and said do you have any idea about my pizza? It's been about 15 minutes and my husband was almost done with his meal. It took another eight minutes for my pizza to come out. It didn't seem very fresh. I think he just totally forgot. Service has been a problem and it's such a great building. And the beers are wonderful, but you have to have the whole enchilada as they say there are other restaurants in Warrenton as well as close surrounding areas that you have to give great service. It's not acceptable that one person eats the other person watches them eat and then one is done and now you get your meal. That is not OK. I've been in the restaurant business years before customer service makes a huge difference. I hope they can find better staff or if it's management problems they can train.
