Marie walked over to help and picked a tile - bam - done! I couldn't believe it - the first one she picked out and my husband and I were in complete agreement with her! I won't lie, I was panicking and she helped enormously! She kept me calm and made the whole thing fun! She's obviously talented and enjoys her job! Thanks Marie!

Angela is an incredibly talented designer with an amazing eye for detail. When the polished version of the tile we wanted wasn't available through the Reno store, she went above and beyond by coordinating with the Salt Lake distribution center to have it shipped directly to our home. She even worked to offset the shipping cost by reducing the price of the material, which was incredibly appreciated. Throughout the entire project, Angela helped us coordinate tile selections, grout colors, caulking, Schluter trim, and all of the countless design details that can easily become overwhelming. She was conscientious, responsive, proactive, and always followed through on everything she said she would do. What impressed me most was her level of customer service. At one point, while traveling through California on a weekend, she personally picked up the Schluter trim we needed from another Floor & Decor store and brought it back to the Reno store so it would be available for our project. She routinely answered my calls and texts on her personal cell phone, even outside of normal business hours, simply because she genuinely cared about making sure our project was successful. That level of dedication is almost impossible to find today. Building a home is one of the most stressful things I've ever done, but having Angela on our team made an enormous difference. Over the course of this project, she became much more than our designer--I truly consider her a friend. I can honestly say I could not have completed this project without her. If you're planning a remodel or building a home, do yourself a favor and find Angela at Floor & Decor in Reno before you make any tile decisions. She is knowledgeable, talented, caring, and one of the best customer service professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you, Angela, for everything you did for us!

I bought floors for our 3,000 sq ft house (minus bathrooms) from here only because they were the only ones who had the specific look that I wanted. I tried to find it elsewhere but could not find it. The sales man was nice but I felt like it was commission based and he made it appear like he was cutting me "one hell of a price" (he repeated often) when it was probably just the normal price. I don't like stuff like that. I do appreciate that they work with synchrony bank and I was able to get a 0% 2 yr loan for the floors and install. I would have never been able to afford it otherwise. And I hate paying interest. The install went pretty well. I did have them come in three different phases over time. Like 6-9 months of time. When you are remodeling the whole house and Taking out walls that just how that works. The install guys didn't like that becuase they couldn't get paid until it was complete. I was like, well I have paid so it's not my issue. I have gone back to this place twice to get some matching extra baseboards. They no longer have any record of doing my house or any product I bought from them becuase they switched software companies or something. That's super shady. Especially because I was supposed to have a warranty. This made finding matching baseboards hard. Luckily the guys had left one small cover piece for when I redo the bathrooms. Like a perfect cut to get started. The second time I went to get baseboards this new worker ( they have high staff turnover) took forever to pull up my account and said that some other baseboard was what I bought. He brought it out. No way was that what I bought. They had it wrong in their system. I had to drive home, get the little scrap and bring it in. Next the lady helped me and she got what I needed and loaded it for me. When I got home I saw one of them had a huge gouge in the bottom of it (solid wood). Back to the store I had to go again. Definitely check the baseboard they are selling. I often see it scraped, stained etc and the sell it like that. It really should be a brand new perfect piece if your buying it new.
