Oh gosh, where do I even start? Natalie and her team are the best in the business!…read more We first reached out to Natalie after relocating from New York City with our 1 year old mini goldendoodle, Charlie. Charlie is super attached to us and he is very sensitive and loving. We took our time finding a walker we trusted and connected with. Immediately upon meeting Natalie, we felt so comfortable! She has the sweetest and most kind demeanor and really makes you (and your pup) feel safe and at ease. Natalie and her team are very reliable and look after the dogs they walk as though each of the pups were their very own! Charlie has had various dog walkers in NYC, but never once did he wait by the door, wagging his tail when he knew it was time to go for a walk (he's a bit of a homebody). Now, when he knows it's his time with Natalie and her team, he literally waits by the door with a big smile on his face, wagging tail, and barks with excitement to head on out! He leaves incredibly easily with Natalie and doesn't even look back to say goodbye to his mama! Haha. He comes back tired from great play time and very happy & content. Additionally, Natalie and her team provide walk updates after every walk and keep in constant communication with you. Given the craziness surrounding COVID, Natalie continued to keep us updated about new guidelines and when walks would resume. Truly so professional - we feel so very luck to have found her! I cannot say enough good things about Wags, Paws and Heart and highly recommend you give them a shot if you're looking for a new best pal for your sweet little pupper! You 100% will not regret it!

When she comes back she naps all afternoon. He takes good care of the dogs. My dog is nervous all the time around other dogs in confined spaces, so when loading the dogs into the van, Chris gives my dog a little special treatment and lets her sit in the passenger seat. Chris also sends photos every so often, whenever I get them I'm so happy to see my dog enjoying playing with her friends. He also tells me about my dog's reactions when they were out in the field, like if she reacted to drones or airplanes flying overhead, so that I could watch out for those. He's very transparent with his communication, if there's an update to the pickup schedule he'll email ahead. He also responds to text messages for real time comms. When I had to travel for a month at a time, he was also very flexible with picking my dog up from my sitter's location. We first met Rob on Crissy Field over a year ago when he was with one of his afternoon groups. He was extremely personable and knowledgeable, with an unparalleled passion for dogs which was made obvious from our first conversation! Unfortunately, he didn't have an opening for our little rugrat at the time so we told him to please give us a call when he did. As we knew when we met him, Leo would be in amazing hands! Luckily, a spot opened up in one of his afternoon groups so we grabbed it immediately! Leo absolutely ADORED Rob from Day 1, along with all of his besties in his play group! Rob made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. He made it very easy for us, consistently picking up Leo on time - rain or shine - and always making sure the dogs had the best time. There wasn't a night that Leo didn't come home absolutely wiped, which is saying a LOT for a vizsla! Overall, we simply can't say enough good things about Rob - and we will continue to recommend him to each and every one of our friends that is looking for a reliable, easy-going dog walker!!

I can't say enough about this company. I adopted a 2 year old German Shepherd from the SPCA about a…read moremonth ago, and found Joustin, Brent & team about two weeks ago. Let me just say: adopting a two year old German shepherd knowing no back story has been a tough one. Joustin has helped me navigate the tough times with Coop (my GS). From recommending and bringing me some food for him to try that has nearly cleared up his stomach problems, to tips on best practices for when Coop is testing me or acting up, etc. They keep Coop on a 4' leash while they're getting to know him, and vice versa. But Coop is getting to socialize with other dogs (which it seems clear he didn't get any socializing before I got him). Joustin checked in everyday after his walks to see how he was (temperament wise), and spent some time talking to me at the end of the week to go over what he thinks is the best plan of action for Coop to be able to grow and go off leash. He'll be in a group with larger dogs, hopefully getting to run around when he's better with recall. Brent is who comes to pick up and drop off Coop. Coop gets SO EXCITED when we open the door and Brent is there. He is so kind, both to me and Coop. When he brings him back, he gives me a run down of the day, letting me know how he was, and if he went potty if it was normal (as that's been an issue). If I don't answer the door right away, he'll call or text (sometimes both). Super helpful! I was no walk in the park with these guys, as getting used to this new normal with a pup who can both be the best cuddler, an amazing listener and give you "F you" eyes all within 5 minutes has been challenging and guilt ridden- but these guys have been nothing but helpful, professional and a HUGE stress relief.
